This story is a sequel to Gunsmoke

Sunset Shimmer meant to visit another video game. Wild West games are always fun, right? But then things go wrong and Sunset's alter ego, Desert Mirage, becomes trapped in an entirely different world. This isn't a video game. The choices she makes matter. With a real chance of hurting somepony, Mirage decides to head home as quickly as possible. That'd be a lot easier if her way back hadn't been stolen. But Mirage has far more to worry about than mere card thieves.

The Bulletproof Heart is on the hunt.

A collaborative project with Wanderer D and a crossover of Bulletproof Heart, Gunsmoke, and Sunset's Isekai. This one's just for fun, folks!

Bangin' cover art commissioned from KorenCZ11.

It's been a few weeks since the Friendship Games. This world's Twilight Sparkle is struggling to adjust to her new school and her new friends. Sunset sees this, and resolves to help ease Twilight into their group in any way she can.

A late night encounter, a pep talk, and a little bit of whipped cream – all things that seem insignificant on their own – cause Sunset to reflect on how she feels about her new friend and herself. Is she really just trying to be a good friend to Twilight because it's the right thing to do, or do her motives run deeper than even she realizes?

11/21/22 Update: New cover!

1/26/23 Update: Big thanks to EileenSaysHi who has edited and proofread this story!

Tagged as teen for tobacco/alcohol use and profanity. Nothing spicier than that.

Hope you enjoy!

Chrysalis Chrysanthemum is one of the most powerful, feared individuals in the world of corporate business. There is nothing she can't do if she puts her mind to it. At least, that's what she always thought. Then a girl named Sunset Shimmer drops into her life. Chrysalis is set to discover that of all the ways she has succeeded, there's one thing she failed utterly at. Make that three things.

Now she must face the hard truth and find some way to fix it. If only she had the faintest clue how.

The story of Chrysalis as a mother in two parts. Inspired by a long-held and beloved headcanon of mine.

Pre-reading done by Wandering Twilight, Ghost Mike, ShiningBeacon, and AuroraDawn.

Cover art commissioned from AmazingPuffhair, who surprised me by getting it done perfectly in only one try.

This story is a sequel to Sunset Shimmer Hunts the Undead

Principal Celestia and a bunch of other middle-aged high school teachers hunt the undead.

So does her adoptive daughter, Sunset Shimmer, alongside a farmer, an ex-siren, a forgettable nobody, and a dark mistress of unholy mad science.

These are their ongoing stories.

One week after the Fall Formal, Principal Celestia is surprised to learn that a near-catatonic Sunset Shimmer has been calling out for her in the girl's sleep. Sunset has been unresponsive even to professional medical authorities, so what could have prompted her to call out in her sleep for an educator who had only occasionally interacted with her?

It’ll be the first Christmas for Sunset, Trixie, and Adagio, and each of them want to commemorate the event by giving the best gift possible to their partners. Nothing will stand in their way to their objective. Not even the law.

Written for the many times amazing Dewdrops on the Grass as part of Hearthswriting 2021.

Original prompt:

Sunset, Adagio, and Trixie on a holiday date when shenanigans ensue, and they get into some kind of magical trouble involving Hearth's Warming presents.

As always, I kind of went my own way with it.

This story is a sequel to Bulletproof Heart

Rarity Belle arrives at the small Eastline town of Little Longhorn. It was supposed to be a quick visit: deliver a package, maybe stay the night, move on.

Instead she finds souls in desperate need. The soul of a mare. The soul of an entire community. Little Longhorn is plagued by the ghosts of heroes, the cinders of battle, and the ever-looming threat of retribution. Perhaps a visit from the Bulletproof Heart is exactly what this town needs.

She can start with the local teacher.

A re-introduction of the Bulletproof Heart, set half a year after the conclusion of the original story. While this does hint at some past events, it is intended to serve as a potential entry point for new readers. May serve as the beginning of a new series of tales in the BPH universe.

My thanks to all the pre-readers: Babroniedad, SorenPixels, Merc the Jerk, Ghost Mike, Wanderer D, and Soge

In her arrogance, Sunset Shimmer believed for years that she could outrun her past, no matter how much time went by. But with her defeat at the hands of Twilight Sparkle, and her humiliation in front of the entire school, that assumption, like so many others, has been proven gravely incorrect.

Now, like all those who came before her who thought the same, she must look within herself and face her demons. What question remains is whether she can quell the fire within, or if it will consume her entirely.

This story is a sequel to The Witch of Canterlot

Sunset Shimmer needs a vacation. She doesn't feel she can really match the accomplishments of the ponies around her, and even though she knows leaving Canterlot is just running away from her problems for a while, maybe it's what she needs to get her head back in the game.

Griffonstone needs someone to save it. The griffons won't ever admit that, but it isn't half the city it used to be. The birds still in town do everything they can to leave, and the whole place is ravaged by terrible gale-force winds.

The earth roars! The heaven howls! The crowds cry out for a hero! Can Sunset really end a curse that's lingered for generations?

This story is a sequel to Why Should I Dance

Not everyone has the steel in their spine to be the weapon of purpose that Sunset is. She knows what her surrogate mother needs from her, and what is asked of her, and all her life she has accepted that she would always be the sum of that purpose: the steel and strength of the Solar Princess.

Now, things have changed, and the weapon wants more than a sheathe. She wants more than to be swung in battle against those who would make brittle the rule of law and the power of the throne. Sunset knows how to swing both blade and magic, but swinging human is something completely different.
