A young man who has recently lost his parents finds himself in a situation where he's caring for a young woman who seemingly has just appeared out of mid air. She knows nothing of human customs but speaks English very well and she's apparently well educated although in what could only be called esoteric knowledge.

She also claims to be a pony. But nobody ever said that relationships were easy.

Selected at random, six bronies have the privilege of scoping Equestria for the brony fail-safe plan, Exodus Equestria, in case the world turns for the worst on the Herd. With ponyfication only resulting in two or three 'minor' complications, Markus, Chloe, Ben, Sam, Jon, and Nick become ponies and set forth on their quest. But upon reaching Brony Paradise, the small team is scattered across Canterlot valley. Will the bronies reunite? Can they complete their mission? Will Sam ever get used to being a mare? Follow these six pioneers as they find comedy, love, adventure,and challenges they will all face.

Meanwhile, on Earth, Seth continues to check his e-mail.

Simon Carbuncle Baker is a failure, practically a college dropout who does not appreciate his family nor his education and definately not the world around him. Can he find the magic of friendship and, more importantly, can it help him sort out his problems?

I know "human in Equestria" has been done to death but I hope I can do it right. Part of this is my own "lets explore Equestria" as well as trying to explore (my version) of a few things that never really got explored. Be warned, this is "post season 3" so there IS an alicorn Twlight in this. That said, most (like, at least 90%) of my characters are going to be original characters.

I'm stuck in Equestria, which reminds me of the dark ages. Instead of internet and fast-food, I have Rainbow Dash. She's been asked to help me learn to fit in... I'd like a refund.

I suppose we got off to a good start, aside from being told that after all I'd done I'd never see Earth again. So long as I can look on the bright side of life, and not get arrested for running pranks on everypony with Dash, I might just survive long enough to find my purpose in Equestria. So help me, however, if I get any vegetable related cutie marks I will choke a Princess.
