As hard as Spike tries he cannot seem to win over Rarity's heart. After "careful" consideration he decides to present her with a truly au inspiring gift. he also figures out that Rarity's little sister Sweetie Belle is probably his best bet for ideas on what he should get. Unbeknownst to him, Sweetie Belle has had quite the eye for Spike for a while now and she is flattered, yet slightly hurt when Spike asks for help. So the two set of on a quest for the perfect gift, a quest that will make them close friends, or perhaps more than that.

Fluttershy has always been a warm, motherly presence in her friends' lives, so filled with kindness, caring, and love. But when she is once again reminded of the one aspect of her life yet missing while on a train ride to Ponyville, the Bearer of Kindness will find herself confronting her Very Special Somepony... or Somedraconequus, with a very special request.

How will Equestria survive the results? And what will the in-laws think!?

Inspiration is Rarity's Element, and Sweetie Belle her greatest achievement. But the filly has questions, ones that Rarity might not be able to answer on her own. What makes a pony? The nations beyond Equestria's borders now stare at the sister monarchs with suspicion, viewing them as potentially compromised and dangerous; forcing Celestia and Luna to play international politics while they hurry to keep tabs on wards and prisons for dark forces long sealed away.

Meanwhile, the former human, now pony known as Skitch-Sketch struggles to find purpose in her life in Ponyville. Fear of other threats dominate her nightmares, and to make matters worse she will have to face her most deadly foe yet...

Jake has no idea why he woke up as a pony mare in Equestria. He has no idea why he can't remember what he was doing before it happened, and he has no proof that his human life is even real to begin with. Just his memories. Memories he can't even trust any more, because even the Equestria that he's found himself in doesn't match what he remembers and everypony he meets think he's a unicorn by the name of Skitch-Sketch, who's been right at the side of the Element Bearers.

And then there's that creeping sense of dread. Feelings that he's run from for a long time. And the sensation that some other, deeper doom is bearing down on the planet Equis.

Starting story of the Skitchverse

Scootaloo wants to be just like Rainbow Dash, and barring that, to be like every other pony. She's ashamed of her true nature, the one she must hide from everypony or be hated and cast out, or worse. She doesn't know what she is, only that she can't eat the same way other ponies do, and she has to keep the terrible consequences when she feeds too much always hidden and never seen. But when a pony begins to truly care about her well-being, Scootaloo finds out that being loved makes it harder to keep a secret than when nopony cares about you at all.
