(I am sorry for the layout I am completely new to posting stories so any help would be great.)
Sweetie Belle and her friends are now attending high school in Ponyville. Just as the school year begins they are taking a trip to Canterlot for a Choir concert. While there Sweetie Belle meets a certain colt that she can't get out of her head. (This story is based with the CMC being teenagers)

Axton Coglink, your everyday young colt, is a blank flank. Constantly pursued by bullies in his old school for being one. When his family move to Ponyville, a whole new life starts for him which invite all sorts of adventures where he'll make new friends, a few enemies, and with luck, embark upon some amazing ventures. Teaming up with the CMC (Cutie Mark Crusaders), Who knows what's in store?

After testing another spell, it ends in a strangely common outcome:
Somepony ends up in another universe.

But this is different.(Or is it?) Twilight becomes one of the dominant species, in this case, an Espeon. And just who does she find? Pikachu and Fennekin.

(Pokémon from X & Y will be added as they are posted on the Internet. This is basically PMD: Darkness/Time/Sky, but with Gates to Infinity added as time goes on.)

It has been one month since the Elements of Harmony were used to trap Discord again, and it has been one month since Twilight lost one of her closest friends, the only consolation of which being that Church was finally getting some well deserved rest. At least, that is what she and the others believed. Discord, still trapped within Church's mind, has been picking away at his sanity the entire time, messing with his memories, making him forget what was real and forcing him to remember what wasn't. When he finally escapes, will Church be able to distinguish between reality and the memories Discord tampered with, or will his slim grip on reality finally give out?

If the ponies he is led to believe are his friends are of any indication, probably the latter.
