It started five years ago, near the forest, when Celestia's prodigy played witness to a shadowy conspiracy surrounding the Princess of the Night.

Now the devastation begins, mere weeks before the world watches the royal wedding, perhaps the most terrible possible consequence comes of Luna's rash actions.

Alone in a world seemingly turned against him Shadow Chaser is forced to walk the line of living and dying until the day might come when his past comes to light. The machinations of royalty and magic flow around him without breaking, revealing a current of events the poor colt only has the slightest knowledge of. Through his eyes exists a window into the events of a larger and more fascinating Equestria than was ever explored by the classic adventures.

Merasmus has had enough. He has been defeated too many times, labeled as insane, and has do deal with soldiers antics. Well he has had enough, he opens a portal from his bombonomicon and jumps through in hopeing to find a place filled with peace. He finds a world filled with ponies, can be finally have some peace and quiet, or will he go crazy and destroy equestria.

One thousand years ago, during Celestia's war with Nightmare Moon, her greatest general Atticus scipio equestria's first human was turned to stone in the last battle. His battles and feats became stuff of legends. How he changed the equestrian army. How he led his outnumbered legion to victory. To the griffons he is the God of war. Now he is back. How will he adapt to this more peaceful Equestria and will his skills ever be needed again.

A new pony has arrived in Ponyville on the day of Summer Sun Celebration. Who is he? He's nice but when the residents of the town learn more about him, even more unanswered questions seem to pop up.
Can anypony figure out this mystery?
Probably when they actually ask the right question.

This is just an idea I had and wrote by hand (later edited onto a computer) in a matter of a few hours. I have no delusions that this is a perfect story. Just some fun I had when writing out ideas. For the most part it will focus on different ponies crossing paths with him as the series goes on and not directly follow him. This IS technically a Human in Equestria story but by no means is he ordinary, both in body and mind as you will notice in the first chapter. He WILL be unrealistic, so please no comments about him not reacting to the situation like a normal person.
As for the back story of the character, I had originally included it but at second glance, I felt it would be better for both people inside and outside of the story to figure it out.

Ponyville has been home to the Mane 6 for about 7 years now, and soon, they shall meet a new face in Ponyville, much to the enjoyment of Pinkie Pie. His name is Solar Eclipse, and he is the adopted son of Princess Luna. He seems nice, and even has a baby dragon with him named Cynder,but something's....off about him. Nopony seems to know why he seems so weird, but the mane 6 are determined to find out, and may even learn a little more than they intended about their new friend.

You know the deal, probably to the point that the descriptions themselves have become cliche, but here it goes. I went to a convention as Roxas from Kingdom hearts. After dealing with the merchant, I found myself in the land of Equestria from My Little Pony, around the time when Discord was first imprisoned. Being an avid fan, I decided to help Celestia and Luna imprison him. After that, we became friends. But after certain painful events, I found I couldn't face them anymore. So I left. And vowed never to return.

Hey, my name is James and everything was going great for me. I had a nice job, great house, loving family and the bestest friends you could have, but it all changed when I went to comic-con dressed as the legendary purple dragon himself, Spyro.

There I was checking out the different booths when a man called 'The Merchant' came literally out of no where and tried to sell me a power crystal from the Spyro games. I hesitated at first, but the price was reasonable so I bought it, but right when I grabbed the crystal I started to feel dizzy and that's when everything went black.

Now here I am stuck on a strange world, not knowing if I am ever going to find a way back home. Did I mention that there are also technicolor ponies that may or may not try to kill me?
