As an alternate avenue of events of Somepony to Watch Over Me, Applejack's babying of her sister goes too far and into an even more babyish territory. Apple Bloom's friends get dragged into it as a result.

After a scooter injury leaves Scootaloo physically disabled and incontinent, Diamond Tiara takes her bullying too far. Though it's not anything new, it's the last straw for Cheerilee. Since punishment isn't doing anything for the filly bully, she tries a lesson in empathy instead, putting Diamond Tiara in Scootaloo's hooves for a few days, but will either of them be prepared for the consequences? Princess Luna's Lunar Stallions kidnap Twilight Sparkle when they see how lonely Luna is, and give her to the Princess as a gift. Nightmare Moon emerges from Princess Luna's psyche during the sleepover. The dark goddess would love nothing more than to have the beautiful mare all to herself, and the resulting chaos forces Celestia to call a psychologist to sort out Luna's multiple personalities.
