After the defeat of Queen Chrysalis and King Sombra, and Twilight becoming an alicorn and new princess, The Mane 6 and Spike send an invitation to Sonic and friends so they can celebrate with her. All things are going well, until a mysterious pony steals Twilight’s crown and escape into a portal, which leads to a different world. Making no hesitation, Sonic jumps in first as Tails, Amy, Twilight, Knuckles, and lastly Spike following along.

The new world they ended up in was completely different from Equestria, but the big change was that Twilight was a human. Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Knuckles were that same, except they were taller now. And Spike was a dog. With these changes, they must face school itself in order to get the crown back.

When a new threat attacks the timeline of Sonic the Hedgehog, a new hero must be brought into the fold to correct the past and save time itself. With the aid of new friends, Rainbow Dash takes it upon herself to correct past events and save Sonic's future. The only problem being if they can bring themselves to work together. A new threat lurks in the shadows, and Rainbow must discover its true intentions before all of time is lost, for Sonic's world, and possibly even her own...

One night, Princess Celestia was gazing at the moon, remembering the incident that happened less that a thousand years ago when a bright blue light suddenly appears before her. Once the light dies down, a small blue creature and seven mysterious gems that have an incredible amount of power remained. Seeing how young the creature is, she decides to care for it for a while only to see it as one of her own. After seeing how fast it could move she decides to name him Sonic.

Takes place after the events of Sonic SATAM.
During MLP:FIM season 3

Now with Robotnik gone, all that's left is to fix the problems he left behind, the main issue being his robot slaves. When finding a description about a lost civilization within the computer Nicole, Sonic searches for what's left of the empire known as, Equestria, in hope of finding anything that might help with his problem. Things would go a lot more smoother if Naugus didn't interfere.

The ponies are anthro (just like Sonic).
And Sonic's personality will be that of the SATAM series.

After putting the two powerful artifacts close to each other, it doesn’t go well.

Both the Elements of Harmony and the Chaos Emeralds flew off all of Equestria. So the Mane 6 and the Dreamcaster go off on a big journey to make new friends, make new rivals by accident along the way and even find some secret places.

But since the Chaos Emeralds and Elements of Harmony caused them to scatter, a some new/old and unknown bad guys come in for example: Bowser and Dr. Neo Cortex, including friends for example: Mario Brothers, Yoshi, Kirby, and Crash Bandicoot. (These characters are important, but I can only put 3 series tags)

When a mysterious black figure causes the heroes of Mobius to be transported to Equestria, it's up to Sonic, Shadow, and Silver to find a way home. Along the way, they meet the Guardians of Harmony themselves: 'The Mane 7'. Together they must defend Equestria from the evil forces that seek to control it, whether it be from Equestria, or Mobius. But little do they know, that their two worlds may be more connected than they think.

Dr. Eggman has finally done it. He's finally beaten Sonic and taken over most of the world, aided by a mysterious figure known as Infinite. However, a resistance consisting of Sonic's friends from around and CHS has been formed and Sonic's not down for the count just yet. Now, they have to fight to take back the planet , but with Eggman's army having enemies new and old, it won't be easy. Sonic, The Equestria Girls and their friends are in for their biggest challenge yet.

This story is a sequel to Sonic Generations: Friendship is Timeless

Everything seemed to be going so well since the fall of The Last Ancient. Twilight and Starlight's time in Sunset Shimmer's world had granted them what they thought would be the final piece of the puzzle that they needed to reach the world that Equestria had almost joined with due to the disruption of time and space. And then Princess Celestia and Princess Luna announced that they would be stepping down.

In her efforts to restore the Warp Ring in the hopes of seeing Sonic and his friends one last time, Twilight inadvertently provided an easy back door to Equestria, allowing Dr. Eggman's chief enforcer to reach it and eliminate any threats the land may pose to the Eggman Empire. As part of his revenge for foiling his plans in the past, Eggman gave strict orders to drag Twilight and her friends to his world so they might see his glorious reign before he ends them for good. Luck proved to be in their favor, however, as the arrival of two friends who haven't been seen in a long time threw a wrench in the works and allowed them to be found by a band of freedom fighters known as the Resistance, led by more of their old friends from that world.

Now part of the uprising to reclaim the world, the Equestrians are hoping to help their allies, new and old, win their war, but time is not on their side. It is the darkest of times for the world, but their efforts may prove to be for naught against their seemingly unstoppable enemy.

Will their friendship and the smallest amount of courage be enough to turn the tides of war?

After being defeated by Sonic and Rookie, Infinite is teleported back to Dr.Eggman's Empire Fortress Tower, however he's send to Equestria, where the Royal Sisters found him.
Unknow to everypony a new threat rises below the horizon, which Infinite's powers maybe come of great use to the Princesses for what's about to happen. Will he agree to aid them?

I may be in a world that if far from home on my own with concepts that I have not entirely grasped yet for 200 years, But there is a new threat in this world, the elements won't stop it, the powers of the sun and moon won't stop it, heck, not even Discord can stop it.

But I know I can beat him, But I have to get the Chaos Emeralds first before I know I'm ready.

I may not be beloved by all of Equestria, but I can't deny I have a duty to defend those who can not defend themselves. Even If I have to give it my all.

So for the love of Equestria, I won't give up, no matter what you throw at me! Even if I have run from the rulers of this world themselves, I will never be brought down.

So let's get this show on the road!
