Meanwhile in space, there’s a heart shape planet named Ripple Star and on that planet little fairies live in peace and harmony when suddenly, the sky got dark and formed all over the planet.
“Oh no! It’s Dark Matter!” the little fairy with pink hair, a small red dress and a red ribbon in her hair said. “I got to tell the Fairy Queen about this!”
As the fairy flew inside the castle, the fairy queen was panicked because of the disaster that is about to happen.
“Oh dear! Oh dear! Oh dear!” The fairy queen repeat until Ribbon flew in. “Ribbon! You have to take this sacred crystal with you away from the Dark Matter!”
“Yes ma’am!” the fairy named Ribbon said as she hold on the crystal and she flew away from Ripple Star, but 3 shadow creatures chased her as Ripple Star was now trapped in darkness.
As Ribbon flew away from the 3 dark matter clones, she managed to slow down one of them, but it wasn’t enough to stop them as one by one, they hit the crystal and before they could hit it again, Pinkie accidentally hit the Sacred Crystal as the two fell on a star planet. The 3 dark matter clones looked at the two girls and they flew back to Ripple Star.
Meanwhile on the star planet, a cute round puffball was enjoying the shooting star and when he got up, a voice yelling, “Incoming!” And before he could react, Pinkie and Ribbon crashed landed on the puffball.
“Owchie...” Pinkie got up as she rubbed her head and as she got up, she looked at the puffball and said, “Sorry about that um...Where am I?” Pinkie asked as she shook the puffball and asked again, “Do you know where I am?”
The puffball said, “Poyo.” As he introduced himself.
“Oh so your name is Kirby and you look some cute!” Pinkie gushed as she hugged the puffball named Kirby as he was laughing. When Pinkie put him down, Kirby pointed at Ribbon and he shook her a bit and she regained consciousness.
When Ribbon woke up, she started to panick. “OH NO! I can’t believe the Sacred Crystal shattered everywhere! What am I going to do now!” When Ribbon looked behind her, she saw Kirby and Pinkie.
“Hi! My name is Pinkie Pie and this is Kirby. Do you need us to help you with something ?” Pinkie asked the fairy.
“No ma’am, it’s my responsibility to find remaining crystal by myself.” Ribbon answered.
“Come on, don’t act like this is some sort of revenge story you having...” Pinkie said as she examined Ribbon and said, “...Ribbon is it?”
“H-How do you kn-know my name?!” Ribbon questioned Pinkie in fear
“Hm, just a hunch.” Pinkie squee.
“Well like I said, it my responsibility and I can just make friends with complete and random strangers!” Ribbon said as she looked at the night sky when two crystal landed in front of Kirby and Pinkie and they picked them up and walked towards Ribbon.
“Are you talking about these crystals?” Pinkie asked as the three crystals began floating and they merged into one. “Yay! Pretty lights!” Pinkie shouted.
“I guess I can trust you...what are your names anyway?” Ribbon asked the two.
“Like I said before, my name is Pinkie Pie and this little fella is named Kirby.
“Hi.” Kirby said with a smile that caused Pinkie to hug him much tighter.
“Okay Pinkie, you can let go of him now.” Ribbon giggled as Pinkie let go of him.
“So since we’re friends now, let’s go find this shiny crystal that shattered everywhere.” Pinkie smiled as the ran off(or in Pinkie case, bouncing and Ribbon for flying) to the distance.
As the sun began to rise, Pinkie took out a telescope from her hair and looked from a distance was a small shed. “Alright new friends I made in just a few minutes. Our main target are those crystals Ribbon’s looking for and we’re collecting every...single...one.” Pinkie said a dramatic tone making Kirby and Ribbon giggle.
“I love your playfulness Pinkie, it’s like it some kind of game of some sort.” Ribbon told Pinkie.
“Well I just love being me and I’m the Element of Laughter.” Pinkie said, making the two confused. “So back on my home called Equestria, me and 5 other ponies solve friendship problems and use the Elements of Harmony to bring back harmony and since some wacky happened, my friends and I are on a super huge adventure to get them back!” Pinkie said in one go.
“So you friends with ponies? That’s so cute!” Ribbon gushed.
“I could tell you two the rest, but we can’t just stand here doing nothing, now let’s go save the world!” Pinkie said as she skipped off as Kirby and Ribbon followed her.
As they continued their adventure, the three of them stopped when a armless fireball with feet ran back and forth. Pinkie began thinking as a lightbulb appeared above her head and then it lit up when she found the answer.
“What is it Pinkie?” Ribbon asked the pink pony
“Hey Kirby, can you eat that fireball over there?” Pinkie asked as Kirby did what he was asked while Ribbon looked dumbfounded.
“Pinkie, that doesn’t sound safe for Kir—“ Ribbon stopped herself when Kirby inhaled the fireball perfectly fine while fire was sitting on top of his head. “Oh my goodness! Are you okay Kirby?” Ribbon asked Kirby, who nodded yes.
Pinkie opened Kirby’s mouth and pulled out a red diamond and threw it at a one- eyed spear user and it became a red and orange diamond. Pinkie grabbed it and put in Kirby and he was now holding a fire sword and wore a red cap that looked familiar. Kirby excitedly swing his new sword around as Pinkie and Ribbon watched him.
“I think I might just faint from how cute he is.” Pinkie said as a single tear of joy ran across her face.
“He’s really cute and...wait, we can’t stand her doing nothing again, we have to hurry Pinkie.” Ribbon said as Pinkie snapped back to reality.
“Oh sorry Ribbon.” Pinkie apologized and whistled to the pink puffball. “Come on Kirby! We have to get a move on.” Pinkie called Kirby as he followed the two as they continued moving forward and saw one of the shattered crystals, floating in plain sight and Ribbon flew up to the crystal and picked it up, then flew back to her friends.
“Great! Four down, I don’t know how many left to go.” Ribbon said as they continued their journey and as they were about inside the shed, a giant Timberwolf appeared right in front of them, scaring Ribbon as she hid behind Pinkie. Kirby walked up to the Timberwolf and with one swing with the fire sword, the Timberwolf was defeated in a matter of seconds. “You’re so brave Kirby!” Ribbon cheered as she hugged Kirby, but then took a look at the Timberwolf and felt bad for it.
“Hmmmm...I think I know just to fix it.” Pinkie said as she whispered to Kirby and after their little conversations, Kirby pulled out a heart from his body and threw it at the Timberwolf and not only did it restored it back to health, but it became friendly and licked Kirby on the face as he was giggling.
“You’re so adorable Trunk, you should stay here with your other friends little buddy.” Ribbon told the Timberwolf named Trunk as she was rubbing its head and scratched its ears as Trunk was enjoying it. Trunk sat down and waved to its owner as they walked off to find more crystals.
As they continued, they dodged creatures like Bronto Burts, Sir Cutters, and cannons sitting on top of star blocks. After that, the crystal began to glow and in the small pond was a black object sitting in the water and Pinkie looked around in a old school detective out and quickly figured it out.
“Okay Kirby, so you have to get rid of your fire sword and take that bomb from him.” Pinkie whispered to Kirby and as he threw away his copy ability, he inhaled Poppy Jr. and he was know wearing a firework hat and walked on top of the black object and placed it on top of it and then exploded and it revealed one of the crystals and Kirby picked it up and gave it to Ribbon.
So they continued forward and saw a picnic set at the end. At the end was one of Kirby friends, Bandana Waddle Dee and unlike most Waddle Dees, Bandana Dee wields both a parasol and a spear and wore a blue bandana. As he was getting his picnic set, he saw one of the shattered crystals and picked it up and before he could walk back to his little picnic, one of the dark matter clones attacked Bandana Dee in the ground.
“So your friend is a alicorn princess?” Ribbon asked Pinkie
“Pretty much yeah.” Pinkie answered and spotted Bandana Dee as Kirby ran up to him, trying to wake him up, but to his surprise, his friends was now “Bandana Doo.”
“Watch out Kirby, his seems to have one eye instead of two? There’s something wrong with him?” Pinkie said as she covered Kirby and Ribbon behind her.
The Bandana Doo started thrusting his spear and Pinkie, Kirby, and Ribbon moved out of the way when Bandana Doo spear began giving him more range with the beam that appeared from the end of his spear. Kirby inhaled the beam and created beam bombs and when he threw the bomb behind Bandana Doo, the blast didn’t hit him, the the beam that popped out of it did, causing him to fall forward.
When Bandana Doo got up, in front of him was Pinkie’s party cannon and a confetti ball hit Bandana Doo and the dark matter spirit immediately left Bandana Dee’s body and flew away in the sky.
“So that’s why he was acting weird. It that troublemaker who saw him with the crystal and took over his body!” Ribbon said as she picked up the crystal.
Shortly after, Bandana Dee woke up and said with squeaks, “What happened? First I was setting up a picnic and this dark ball knocked me out?” Bandana Dee looked around and saw Kirby, Ribbon, and Pinkie around him. “Hi Kirby!” Bandana Dee said as two hugged each other. “So who are these two? Your new friends?”
“You bet! My name is Pinkie Pie and I love parties and everything!” Pinkie answered to Bandana Dee.
“And my name is Ribbon.” Ribbon introduced herself. “I wish could talk more, but we’re kinda in a hurry.” Ribbon said as she followed Kirby and Pinkie, leaving Bandana Dee by himself, but he follows them as the brave Waddle Dee tag along as they walked forward and into a forest surrounded by orange-red leaves.
The team made their way through spiky Gordos, Bouncies, Bumbers, and a few more as they were easily defeated by the team. After that, they made their way inside a tall maple tree. While Kirby hold his breath and started floating towards the top while Ribbon flew beside him, Pinkie and Bandana Dee had to fight their way to the top.
“That cannon is really strong for something that shoots confetti.” Bandana Dee told Pinkie
“Well it’s my party cannon and as the name says, it’s a cannon I use for parties with my friends back at home.” Pinkie said
“Wait? You aren’t from here?” Bandana Dee asked.
“I’m not.” Pinkie answered, “My friends and I are on this super cool adventure to find these important things called the Elements of Harmony.”
“Um?” Waddle Dee said.
“Long-story short, we use them to bring peace and harmony all around Equestria, a place where there different kinds of ponies like earth ponies, unicorns, and pegasi!” Pinkie shortly explained as they reached the top and walked out the tree and found a conveyor thing with a long on top of it.
Pinkie thought for a few seconds until a lightbulb appeared from the head as she jumped on top of the log. As Kirby, Bandana Dee, and Ribbon got onto the conveyor, Pinkie rolled in a ball and she rolled around on it as the conveyor moved over a pit and it to its destination. As Kirby, Bandana Dee, and Ribbon got off, Pinkie crashed into them and they fell down and at the bottom was a giant Bouncer bouncing in front of them, but Kirby took it out pretty easily and not only did it left a crystal upon leaving, but a door opened to an exit and the group left out the door to leave the forest.
“Okay, just a pinch of purple, then...” a young female artist named Adeleine said, but she stop painting when a crystal landed right behind her, when she picked it up however, she didn’t notice that a dark matter clone hid inside the picture and when Adeleine turned back to continued painting, she was tacked by said dark matter clone as it takes over her body. As the group continued to walk, Kirby stopped, then was bumped by Bandana Dee and Pinkie, causing him to fall forwards in front of Adeleine as her eyes were closed.
“What there! Are you sleepwalking or something?” Pinkie asked as she waved her hoof across the painter’s face, then she jumped by Adeleine’s sudden attack using her brush. “Well somepony looks really dangerous.” Pinkie said as the others, including the evil Adeleine confused.
“Somepony?” Bandana Dee asked
“Okay from my planet called Equestria and there we say everypony instead of everyone for some unknown reason and then...” Pinkie continued explaining as evil Adeleine got so annoyed that she tried to hit her head on, but was quickly defeated when Pinkie accidentally hit her with her hind legs. The dark matter clones left towards a castle, leaving behind a crystal for Ribbon to pick up.
“That really hurts...” Adeleine said as she rubbed her head.
“Sorry about, I didn’t notice that you were controlled by evil force and you were trying to attack me while I talking to my new best friends.” Pinkie shortly explained.
“I’m sorry but, what?” Adeleine asked
“It’s a long story but that thing is heading towards King Dedede castle!” Bandana Dee pointed at the large castle at the distance as he runs towards the castle, giving chase to the dark matter clone.
“I know you guys are in Are hurry, but can I join?” Adeleine asked the group.
Kirby nodded and Adeleine and the other followed Bandana Dee, who was chasing the dark matter clone inside the large castle.
The group followed Bandana Dee and were held back by some of the guard, stand up on a moving platform, and met two Sir Kibble and after Kirby inhaled them both, his cutter hat was twice as big and more sharper and made it to the outer walls of the castle of the castle and they dodge multiple obstacles and saw a entrance to back inside, but it was a perfect landing as they fell on the checker-board floor, but Kirby landed in the water and right next to him was one of the crystals as Ribbon picked it up and the others helped Kirby from getting stuck and they carried along and saw a long stairway towards the top and Pinkie pulled out her party cannon, grabbed her friends, aimed towards the door, and blasted off. They did made as Adeleine used her brush to grab the crystal and made to the top and found Bandana Dee running towards a big penguin with a royal outfit.
“King Dedede! Are you alright sir?” Bandana Dee asked the penguin named King Dedede
“I’m alright my second in command loyal guard.” King Dedede answered as he pulled out a crystal. “And I found this shiny new crystal lying around.”
Shortly after, Kirby run up to Dedede, asking for the crystal, but since the two are friendly to each other, King Dedede refuse to give Kirby crystal as the others try to warn them about the dark matter clone as it came crashing down between them a flew inside the fat king’s body. Pinkie pulled out a stick and poked him with it and after a few pokes, King Dedede suddenly got up and squished her with his hammer like a pancake.
“Do worry...I’m...okay...” a injured Pinkie said as she quickly returned back to full health.
King Dedede swing his hammer at Kirby, who successfully dodged it, then the evil king hit his hammer on the ground, shaking it, leaving Kirby wide open to be attacked and he was hit by a thrown hammer and got hit again when it came back like a boomerang. Kirby got up and threw two boomerang at the penguin at rapid succession, causing him to fall down. But it wasn’t over because all of a sudden, King Dedede began floating and his stomach grew sharp teeth and bit at the group and the the dark matter clone’s eye shot black spheres at them. Adeleine threw some paint at the dark matter clone when it eye was opened, causing it to hide back inside, letting Kirby to knock out the controlled Dedede as one of the crystal dropped from him. Bandana Dee was helping King Dedede up, Kirby, Pinkie, Adeleine and Ribbon jumped from the castle and followed the glowing, Bandana Dee turned to the King and looked at him.
“Wha-me! I don’t wanna team up with that pink puffball Kirby!” King Dedede turned his back away from Bandana Dee.
Bandana Dee jumped, but turned back to look at King Dedede before he left. Dedede didn’t want to feel left out so he begrudgingly join the team as they made it towards a large sentient tree named Wispy Woods and three small versions of him as moving stumps.
“Is that a tree and his children?” Pinkie asked as the others looked confused.
“But why is the crystal glowing towards him of all places?” Ribbon questioned
“Well he is mean tree so I’m guessing it because of that dark matter blob thing.” Bandana Dee theorized.
“Then let clobber that tree!” King Dedede shouted as he smack one of the sprout towards Wispy, hurting the tree in the process.
“That was amazing sit!” Bandana Dee said to Dedede as the penguin posed in style as the others looked dumbfounded by it. Wispy Woods shook his head, causing apples to fall and roll towards the group, they dodged it barely and was able to defeat the spouts. Wispy face was angry,
he turned red and started chasing them as sharp spikes start to pop up from the ground.
“Oh, we really made him mad.” Pinkie said
“Wispy isn’t this difficult! What wrong with him?” Adeleine questioned.
“I’m going for the hit!” Dedede said as he swinged his hammer, but Wispy inhaled him and spit him out to the heroes, knocking them to the ground as Wispy roared at them.
As the heroes got into fighting position, Ribbon flashback to when Kirby pulled a heart out of his body and threw it at Trunk, making him friendly, so Ribbon reached inside Kirby’s body, pulled out a pink heart and threw it at Wispy, turning him back to normal and his children were also friendly.
“So what is the point of fightin’ if throwing some heart makes them friendly?” King Dedede asked.
“Well we did hurt him and his children, but we could have asked for the crystal.” Pinkie said as the crystal fell inside her hair as she reached inside and gave it to Ribbon. “Speaking of which.”
“We after all of that, can we eat right now?” Bandana Dee asked as both him and Kirby looked at Pinkie and then the group had a small picnic around Wispy Woods and his children as they took a photo with each other.
