After the defeat of Tirek, the lives of Burst and the other rangers have more or less returned to normal. Save for the rare minor disturbance of monsters crossing over to our world. But incidents are becoming more frequent. And an odd team of fighters seems to be taking care of them. Giving the rangers a run for their money. With seemingly no need for them to morph, is this the end of the rangers?

After the events of Yu-Gi-Oh! EQG 5, Starlight's life seems to have calmed down a bit. However, lingering memories of what she did under Paradox's influence still haunt her. And through it she starts to wonder if she's really been forgiven, or if everyone is still scared of her in secret. Not if Shadow Thunder has anything to say about it. He loves Starlight more than she knows. And even when she only remembers the worst of the past, Shadow sees only the best of now. It takes a shadow to see how bright the light truly burns.

And it also turns out that one of the villains of that world just so happens to show interest in the world Burst lives in! It's a fight between two dimensions as Burst and his friends meet their counterparts in a battle to save both their worlds! It's time to duel!
