Hello, my name is Ori, I have lived many years, many of them spent being imprisoned in stone.
But after a century of waiting and barely keeping my sanity in check I managed to free myself, and this is the story of what happened next.

NOTE: This is an Ori and the Blind Forest crossover and you do not have to be familiar with the game all you need to know is going to be explained in the story and please tell me if I overlooked something and I will try to fix that in later chapters

this is my first story and english is not my first language and if you see any grammar or wording issues then feel free to let me know or just yell at me for being stupid. actually don't do the ladder.

this is a displaced story and I will be avoiding any god tier crossovers do to it will most likely ruin some of my plot but if you're interested in a crossover let me know. Now of with you, I don't want to waste more of your time than needed

EDIT: about the crossovers, I will keep any crossovers to a minimum, as it would likely ruin the plot except if I sit there and think my way around it for hours, but feel free to ask me if you are interested, I am working on another story that I will have no problems with crossovers whatsoever

A teenaged boy is transported to Equestria. Being a Brony himself, he fantasized about this scenario a number of times, even thinking up situations in which he's transformed into a pony or other Equestrian creatures. He however did not think up any situations in which he is transformed into an Elder Dragon from the latest Monster Hunter game in the series Monster Hunter World. Unfortunately for him, he's been transformed into the angriest and scariest of the Elder Dragons in the game, Nergigante the Extinction Dragon, on the plus side, he's able to speak instead of just roaring and grunting, so the language barrier's not gonna be problem.

What IS going to be a problem is the fact that he looks like an angry demon dragon that breeded with a porcupine. And that there are other Elder Dragons and Monsters from the series such as Rathalos, Odogaron, Deviljho, Bazelgeuse, Vaal Hazak, Zorah Magdaros, and Xeno'Jiiva. Not to mention the fact that a number of the Elder Dragons have enough power to alter the very landscapes with their presence, with Xeno'jiiva having enough power to be given the title Elder Dragon God. Naturally having so many powerful monsters be clustered in one spot, a number of important people Ponies have taken notice. Celestia wishes to further understand the new arrivals, while Tirek plans to absorb the power of the Elder Dragons to make it his own. It doesn't help that a few of the monsters have their own agendas as well, and to put our protagonist even further up Shit-Creek without a paddle he can't remember his own name.

Even a blind man could tell you that shit's about to hit the fan at the speed of Sonic the Hedgehog.
Who is not going to be in this fanfic, I just used his name for hyperbole purposes.

(Before any complaints, Yes I know Valstrax is not the most powerful Elder Dragon, but frankly, I find him to be the coolest, and we are each entitled to our opinions. Besides, there isnt much in the way of MH fan fics, so I thought I'd try something out.)

First things first, This is my private journal, that has been enchanted to let me know if anyone is getting into it. So unless I have given it to you or I'm dead, Expect a sonic boom followed by something red charging straight at you. Good? Cool.

So we have all heard of displacement. We have all read stories where we turn into our character from a game, or enter the world of it, or any number of combinations. Well I have to say this is a first, for me anyways, and no I'm sot talking about proving it's real or it happening to me in the first place.

No I'm talking about being turned into my favorite monster. You see, I play a lot of Monster hunter, and everyone has their favorite. Mine was Valstrax. The Rocket Powered Elder Dragon, as we fans call it. And that's not all, because of course not. Of course I'd be in a world called Equestria, where all fear me to be some creature made from a chaos god.

Well I shouldn't say all. Tia and Lulu seem to like me.

Alex was up late playing the final boss of Dragon's Dogma, Bitterblack Isle, until he is zapped and falls unconscious. When he wakes up he finds himself in the everfree forest in a body that's not his own. Can he find his own way and survive in Equestria. Find out in "Daimon in Equestria". P.S. This is my first story so no haters please. Also if anyone has any corrections on what some characters do or how powerful they are please tell me but tell me based on facts, Not opinions. Thank you. :) Also, since i've watched Dragon's Dogma, to me Daimon is much stronger then most characters in equestria except people like Discord, Tirek, etc. He is stronger then the Princess though. Same with Ornstein. Only Discord and Tirek match them in power. They can't reality warp but on a power scale their the same. Sorry if anyone is mad that I made them overpowered but they are some of my favorite characters and to me they are at least close to that power. Especially since Daimon's full power is unknown and that Ornstein fought creature's that could stand up to gods.

Sup, the name's Mark. Or was Mark, anyway that's not to important anymore. Just know that while I lived on Earth, I was constantly under pressure to follow the rules and fit a mold that didn't fit well with me. My life was constantly controlled by a system I despised.

Well since getting sucker punched into Equestria by a goddess those days are over. Being the one and only Winged Wolf in the known world is a huge help to being able to make my own rules. I'm finally free to do what I want, when I want, and how I want and that's exactly what I'm planning on doing.

Set in the same universe as The Ballad of Echo the Diamond Dog and Griffin the Griffin.

I did get permission from both Rust and BlackWing to use the same setting as their characters. Go read both of their stories. They're awesome. Reading them is what made me want to write this story in the first place, so if you liked this, you'll fall in love with those stories.

Added the Dark tag just in case. There will be a decent amount of violence later on. Will add character tags as they become important to the story.

After a rather painful wake up, Jackson Hail finds himself in a rather scaly skin. Just what is he? How did this happen? Where is he? What's with the quivering yellow horse thingy? You already know this answers, but let's come along with Jack as he finds out.
