I think this could make for a good opportunity to develop the Crystal Empire as a setting.
We've never really been to the Crystal Empire in this series. We know Cadence and Shining would be there and be relatively the same as the series, but Flurry Heart (who's now grown up) and Tempest and Flash Sentry who don't have much prior charterization other than one singular main appearence each means that in order to help flesh out the Crystal Empire, we need to flesh out these three characters. This story does that.
Tempest and Flash are both involved in the royal guard AND in a relationship.
Flurry Heart is still getting used to her role in life (as her cutie mark shows), but is also very well-meaning, if a bit reckless.
After reading a story like this, it makes me want to see more of the Crystal Empire and what it has to offer.
We basically have another established group of characters. We have...
The Ponyville Children (Anarchy, Cozy, Lil Cheese, etc.): Mainly featured in Anarchy-centric stories
The Ponyville/Canterlot Adults: This is mainly shown in The Legend of Trixie, which features the characters we know and love as they go back and forth from Ponyville and Canterlot.
The Crystal Empire: Instead of being seperated by age and social group, this group is more seperated from the main group by distance. Fluttershy and Discord can pop up in The Legend of Trixie and Anarchy stories at practically any time, but that's not exactly the case here.
This group is basically an untold story that can have any narrative potential you want. Tempest, Flash, and Flurry have provided a gateway to a new location, with it's own stories to tell.
These groups can KIND of be seperated by age bracket now that I think of it. Anarchy is about childhood, Legend of Trixie is more on adult-related themes and issues, while The Crystal Empire could be more about Adolesence and Young Adults. Tempest and Flash have a new long-term relationship (even thought they are about the same age as the adults. It's more about theming than anything), Flurry Heart has recently gotten her Cutie Mark and I imagine Celeste (as her best friend) will probably have a part to play as well, even if she'd be in Canterlot a lot with Twilight.
Maybe Twilight sends Celeste to the Crystal Empire to study there for a while when the Alicorn potion development starts to get SO serious she wants to keep EVERYTHING to herself? Just a thought.
In any case, I liked this story and the ideas that can come from it. Very simple Valentine's Day fair (which is probably why there aren't that many clicks), but it does a good service to your world.
Maybe try and advertise the AnarchyVerse brand more?

It's not necessarily advertising, it's just ensuring that the Anarchyverse brand MEANS something. Essentialy, you need to put it in the short summary that people see when they scroll through stories.
Also, a blogpost detailing the canon and timeline could probalby help as well for those who follow you already, but may not have read the entire canon of the world.

Some of it really just comes from my love of large-scale storytelling like this. Can you tell I REALLY like the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
And hey, a Group isn't all that egotistical. There's a group centered around Hiver's OC Blank Page's series. There's a Discord made by Irrespective for the Prince Bean series. It's not that foreign of a concept if you want to do it.
In the end, it's up to you.
I find my favorite thing about Flash romances is the meddling. I like Twilight and Flash Sentry romances because they are usually an excuse for hilarious character work from Cadance and Shining. In this case neither the usual pair nor Twilight Sparkle is involved, yet a cute Flash romance still features adorable romantic meddling anyway.
Oh, this was a joy to read. And seeing Flurry take after both sides of her family is a true delight. Cadence will need to know about this to guide her daughter to a healthier form of shipping, but at least Flurry's heart is in the right place. Plus, I don't think I've ever seen this pairing before. I have to admit, it does work rather well. Another excellent installment in this timeline. Thank you for it.
