It's been almost two years.

Nearly two years ago, Poncho and his friends went to Seaddle for a relaxing trip. After they met Twilight and the others, little did they know a whole series of events would follow them and change their lives forever. From Charles' cult, to the zombies of South Beach, and the developing relationship between Clyde and Rarity, Poncho and the others eventually returned home. However, a few years later, they now face a new problem that has been involved with them since the beginning; Arlin.

Led by his clones, Arlin wants to take over the world. Poncho and the gang refuse to let that happen so they must journey to his desert base and destroy said cloning machine. However, soon, Patel has motives of his own that leads the others in trouble.

Kildeez and Sifty: in our world, they are two men with far too much time on their hands, a creepy fascination with colorful talking horses (well, one of them, at least), and enough anger issues between the two of them to give Freud palpitations. But in Equestria...well, they're pretty much that, but they have guns! And knives! And one of them's the Dovahkiin! And the other is what happens when Chrysalis finds a weird monkey wondering around her lands and is drunk enough to tap dat (I'm not proud)! Now, with a disillusioned Dovahkiin and a horny half-changeling wandering around, surely Equestria stands a chance against the Nightmares roaming their lands!

Or they could just make things worse. It's honestly kinda fifty-fifty at this point.

King Sombra believes that if he, Luna, and Discord can change their ways so can Lord Tirek. King Sombra sets Tirek free and made him the Colonel of the Seleneville Guard. King Sombra has also gifted Tirek powers to test him. Tirek later meets a beautiful Centauress and the two bond over time. Inspired by Beau Willimon's House of Cards, The Manehatten Project is set shortly after the beginning of Season 5 (and before the season finale) of My Little Pony, and tells the tale of the rise and fall, and nefarious scheming of Manehatten mayor, Otto Cratic. As you may expect of a story inspired by House of Cards, The Manehatten Project features adult themes, including Violence, Sexual Themes (albeit suggested only, no actual written scenes of sexual activity take place in this fanfic) and Political Corruption. Viewer discretion is advised.

In the times of Princess Platinum's rule, there was much uncertainty. Political squabble with the earth ponies and pegasus, rumor of dangerous black magic, and crimes against the crown even in the Marble City. Certain crimes were seen to be egregious but not punishable by death, but still quite severe. Mass theft, disloyalty, medical instability, and attempted murder to name a few. While these crimes were in need of punishment, funding kept the Platinum rule from keeping a large prison and they needed to be sent somewhere. So, the Princess started The Colony: a place for criminals to be sent to die. It kept the blood off the royalty's hooves, the gold in the Princess's pocket, and the public happy to see these criminals gone.
When Midnight Star is faced with the sentence of joining The Colony, she finds that not all things are as simple as they seem and that everything has a price.

Several months have passed since the events of 'The Prince Returns' and peace has settled quiet nicely on Equestria as Helpful the Selfless, Sunny the Dragon, Prince Merciful, and Snowy the Dragon all live in Ponyville with their friends, the mane six. Eli: One day, Rarity discovers an Earth Pony by the name of Eli. He has no apparent memory of who is or where he came from, and she wants to help.

Roadburn: As a poor unicorn, living with his only relative, Granny Cookie, at the edges of Canterlot Mountain, he, like Eli, has no apparent memory of who he was before he awakened here as a foal, several years ago.

Princess Twilight: Weeks after her coronation, the New Princess has been getting used to her new home in Canterlot Castle. After leaving Spike with her friends, she returns to the castle, but meets a stallion by the name of Roadburn on her trip. The pony is strangely familiar, too familiar to her, and she hasn't met him before.

Helpful the Selfless: Months after the defeat of Envious, Helpful has gotten attached to Ponyville like glue, and so has Ponyville to him. One day, Helpful loses Rarity to some Diamond Dogs and he needs help to save her.

Eventually they all come across each other's paths and they must just join forces to defeat an old evil named Kronos. But the question still remains, who is Eli? And is Roadburn happy with the life he has? And why is Trixie and Gilda involved?
