When Discord defeated the Alicorn sisters during the War of Chaos, he declared himself King of All Equestria, banishing Celestia to the Mirrorworld and turning Luna into a shadow. Now, 3000 years later, he rules with the help of his Royal Mage, Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie, his Royal Jester. Together, the trio go on many strange adventures thorugh a world of chaos.

But Twilight holds a secret that could end Discord's rule.

Five years have passed since Spike fulfilled his dream, five years since he got the girl, five years since happiness seemed assured to him in his life. He now lives with a standing relationship with the best dressmaker in Equestria, but it hasn't been all sunshine and smiles for him like he expected it to be. Ever since his departure from Ponyville, his dreams have been plagued by thoughts of what he left behind, what could have been. They are dreams that allow his heart to speak, and they sing out in a beautiful chorus splashed with lavender.

His past has been set, but his future has not. Will he live with what he's got, or will he be the same enthusiastic romancer he once was to try and achieve something better with a faded flame?

Spike is the only dragon in Cantorlot. He was born and raised there and has earned The Princess's deepest trust. But when he fears danger will strike she wont listen and sends him and his assistant, Twilight Sparkle, to Ponyville. The Princess said that Spike needs to meet more ponies then just Twilight but Spike knows there is danger and will try as hard as he can to stop it.

His plans for a calm life in Ponyville, however, takes a different path as he soon finds himself the desire of several ponies interests, friends old and new included.

Change breeds benefits, as the saying goes. Spike has yet to hear it ring true.

On one of her regular hunts for gemstones, Rarity discovers a treasure trove beyond her wildest dreams... and the lavender-scaled dragon who collected it. Despite a rocky first meeting, Rarity and Greenfire soon find themselves drawn to each other more and more. But the question remains: How did a young dragon end up in the Everfree Forest all alone?

On a request from Princess Celestia, Twilight Sparkle and the rest of the mane six explore an abandoned mansion located deep in the woods. While doing so, they unwittingly stumble across an enchanted mirror that scrambles their DNA and pops out three brand new bouncing baby ponies. Hilarity and drama ensue as the mane six must cope with being suddenly thrust into motherhood, as well as protect their new foals from a dark god that wishes to use them for his own sinister gain.
