Sunset Shimmer hasn't had the best time readjusting to human society after a series of traumatic experiences from getting caught up in a coup on an unplanned visit to Equestria end up afflicting her with PTSD. Finding a job after graduation was hard enough, but keeping it proved to be just as difficult. She claims it isn't a big deal since the aforementioned job sucked anyway. But that doesn't necessarily make the fallout any easier to handle. Luckily she isn't alone.

The winds of nostalgia are blowing through the air, and a lonely Draconequs sang a long-forgotten song. A small pony came to hear his feelings, and he told a tale of a song and his own regrets.

Despite winning both the Indigo League and Kanto Grand Festival Turquoise still has a lot to learn and experience so her next stop is the Johto Region but this time she won't be traveling alone because a certain breeder in training will also be tagging along. Can Turquoise conquer the Johto League and the Grand Festival or will she be going home empty-handed this time?

The girls are going to Cadance's beach house for the weekend. Being private property away from prying eyes, Rarity suggested a shopping trip for two-pieces. The girls agreed as it sounds fun... Everyone except for Twilight. In the wake of her and Rainbow's breakup, the prospect of being surrounded by her hot friends in minimalist clothing spikes the teenage lesbian's anxieties through the roof.

Meanwhile, Sunset continues to struggle with her body image issues as a horse-turned-human, and turns to Rarity for support. Unfortunately for Twilight, this means she has to turn elsewhere when things get too hectic. Luckily, Fluttershy is there to step in where needed... if only she actually knew what the problem was. This weekend, though, secrets will be revealed and some things will finally start to make sense.
