It has been 3 month since the SCPs found their way into Equestria, and everything has gone back the way they used to be, until Twilight finds out that a group of SCPs are trying to take over Equestria, now it's up to Twilight, her friends, and a few good SCPs to stop the world from falling into the wrong hands

Twilight Sparkle had made several spells to send her and away to short locations. But a sonic rainboom makes her magic jump to the point in which she and the rest of her friends are sent to another world. They wake up in a dark room and soon realize that they aren't in Equestria anymore. With a statue that only moves when nopony is look, an old man that can move through wall, and a humanoid creature that can't look at you or else it will kill you, and many more things are loose in the facility. They need to work with three guards, two mobile task forces, and two D-class personnel to escape the horrid night mare of the SCP facility.

Twilight is very excited to have perfected a new transformation spell. While trying it out on Cadance, however, an ill-timed sneeze turns everypony in the room into cats, including Princess Celestia.

Stuck in the form of a tiny (and adorable) kitten, without access to magic, Twilight has to find a way to fix everything, all while dealing with her growing feline instincts, the hazards of a pony-sized world, and a Princess Celestia who seems to have forgotten she ever was a pony.

Toriel, a friendly monster who helped out a human. She wanted Frisk to stay, but the human said that she wanted to go home. Toriel was saddened when the human left the ruins to head back to the surface. When she went back home, she found a strange artifact that wasn't hers. She finds a note saying "Do you want to go to the surface?" Toriel touched the artifact and is transported to a new world and in a new body. Will she be happy that she is on the surface and is seeing the sun, or will she want to go back?

He had done it. The giant demon that had masterminded the invasion of Earth was dead, and Hell was in shambles. All that was left was to backtrack through Hell and go home to help rebuild the ruined planet...
But of course, it's never that easy. Just one wrong turn, and he arrives from Hell itself into a land filled with pastel-colored ponies. How will the man who had just destroyed Hell adjust to the sudden peacefulness after all he had been through? And is Hell really destroyed for good?

Caboose was helping his friend, but took a wrong turn while looking for a bathroom, and now he's in Canterlot during the Changling Invasion... can someone explain to me how that's physically possible?

Near the final days of the second Tiberium War, the Brotherhood of Nod has secretly developed and deployed its newest generation of cybernetic warriors: Cyborg Reapers. They are few in numbers, but that does not mean they are dangerous—they are a prime threat to all.

Capable of causing incredible damage to their victims, they grant the Brotherhood many possibilities and advantages. But one day in a small Nod base, a Cyborg Reaper that is very unique than most cyborg soldiers, is taken into the fray.

Strange Tiberium events occur over this desolate land, but one adversary force shares this area: GDI. Engaged in combat, and competing against Global Defense Initiative's strongest weaponry; victory is a lost cause, but the strange events occur over the toxic crystals in the midst of battle. These troops that are trapped in the heat of battle vanish from sight.

Awakened on another world where it doesn't belong to, now the Cyborg Reaper faces a great challenge ahead of him. But it wonders if it's the only surving Nod member, yet a filly unicorn is the first to encounter this man-machine demon.

Tiberium. The infamous green crystal that destroys entire worlds in its wake of global proliferation. It has been a little over a century since the Tiberium threat was first wiped out on Earth, and with it, the primary vestiges of the Brotherhood of Nod. When the GDI advanced humanity to the stars, they found that Earth had not been the only target of the alien Scrin: dozens of other worlds had already been claimed by Tiberium, and the Scrin returned in full force, attacking human colonies across space, stopping human expansion. To fight back, the GDI undergoes a reformation to become the Interstellar Defense Intiative (ISDI) and enacts the Hallman Directive, designed to stop Tiberium spread wherever it may be; such a protocol brings the reincarnated ITC Methuselah to a planet being ravaged by the green crystal, and the forces under Commander Martin Alexandra deploy to stop the threat.

Crossover with C&C3, MLP and a mod called Tiberium Essence

Ever since the crystals appeared on Earth in 1995, NOD and GDI have fought over Tiberium for years, succeeding in two world wars and a third war underway. But when a nation from another realm threatens the very existence of humanity, the two sides must create an unlikely alliance to push back the invaders. For GDI, it's a fight for survival. For NOD, it means protecting the Brotherhood.

Set in an alternative universe, where GDI and Nod do not abandon the technologies they have used in the Second Tiberium War, but instead further developed them.

I do not own C&C nor MLP or the mod, so please don't sue me.

Moshimoshi! I am Yuriko Matsui, or for some if not all of you as Yuriko Omega, the Empire of the Rising Sun's most venerable Psi-commando. And the only one there will ever be.

But this little tale isn't about my life, in Japan anyway. This is about the time I went to a place filled with beings that possessed my powers, with more knowledge and control then I will ever have after a little raid at one of Futuretech's facilities.

This is about my last day there, and the last few things I will have with the Princess and her ponies who taught me the ways to control my powers and even teaching me some new ones. But what was the most important thing they gave me back, you might ask?

Some humanity, and I'm happy for that.
