Deep in the Canterlot library, buried amongst the books detailing the exploits of a 'Doctor Whooves' are a few volumes regarding the pony whom they are based on. This is third or fourth of them (depending on whether or not one counts the one with the festive cover), and contains short episodes of Sepia Tock's life.

Big McIntosh has a unique way of appreciating music, and Octavia certainly provides an experience. Octavia would love to get in touch with her earth pony roots, and Big McIntosh has the deepest roots around. They could learn so much from each other about why they do what they do, and they just might gain some insight into their own simple gifts in the process.

A collection of short stories I've written for the Thirty Minute Ponies tumblr. They run the gamut from comedy to tragedy to bittersweet and everything else in between. I will be writing more frequently, and will add them as I do. I hope you enjoy reading at least one of them as much as I did writing it.

Also, the 'Other' tag was used because there's too many characters to tag them all accurately.

The prompt number in parentheses is the number of the prompt located on the TMP Tumblr, if you want to find it or look at the other submissions for yourself.

While my ongoing story 'Opportunities' usually sees its chapters written as part of the daily challenges at TMP on tumblr, there are also self-contained stories created for the daily prompts. This is where they go; all stories will be rated between G and PG, with each chapter containing a complete ministory.

Long ago, there was a website called Thirty Minute Ponies, where people had to write MLP one shots in thirty minutes relating to the prompts. It isn't active anymore, but I am incredibly late and am only uploading all of the ones shots I wrote from there now. Plus, I might upload other one shots here in the future, depending on length, as I've been meaning to get back into the pony writing game. Anyway, here are a collection of stories ranging from a far array of subjects, but most of them will be shippy, and a great deal of them angsty.

The format partially inspired by Donnys Boy's fantastic Friends and Lovers. Beside each story will be listed the ships/characters and genres.

Set three years after the founding of Harmony Aeronautics and the Grand Pegathalon.

The best and brightest (or at least flashiest) minds in Equestria are at it again. An accidental combination of Harmony Aeronautics and Lulamoon Studios' latest magical technologies leads to Twilight finding a new way of looking at the world. What will be revealed by her new found perspective, and how will it shake things up in Los Pegasus?

All Princess Celestia wanted was to open a window. A simple window into another world, for no reason other than to prove their existence. She never wanted it to become a door. And she certainly never wanted anything to come through. But, as is proven so often, we don't always get what we want.

It's not all bad. What comes through is a perfectly ordinary pony. So ordinary that its very presence risks the destruction of magic itself.

Ordinary, after all, is highly relative.

This story is a sequel to First

Three years.

It's been a long three years, up there in the north, fighting for Equestria.

At last, though, those three years are over, and Rainbow Dash is finally home again in Ponyville. The war is won and she's returned triumphant, having done her part and served with honor. But after what it's taken out of her - and left lingering inside of her - can Rainbow Dash really come home again so easily? Does the Ponyville she once knew still exist for her? And are the ponies she's coming home to getting back the same Rainbow Dash that went out there to fight for them, those three years ago?

Only marked for gore because of a moderate amount incidentally present by necessity in the first part, and it's not particularly bad, so don't let that turn you off if it's not your thing. Most of the story doesn't have any blood or violence at all.
