Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, and Sunset Shimmer are used to controversy. Ever since Sunset was added to the others' marriage, ponies haven't stopped talking about them, and not in the way they would have liked. And being the newest member of the royal trio, Sunset's gotten the brunt of the public's ire.

So, when three royals and their draconic little brother decide to get away from it all for a while, it's no surprise that their first choice is going to be a road trip... to the human world!

So, the four embark on a journey, riding atop Sunset's motorcycle to fun, beaches, adventure, friends, and whatever else might lie before them! After all, what better place to lose oneself, if not the open road?

After discovering the magic of friendship, Sunset Shimmer's senior year was one of the happiest times of her life. But it's been almost two years since graduation; all her friends have moved on to studying abroad, to promising careers, to new lives.

Sunset decides that with nothing left to keep her in the human world, it's time to go back where she belongs, only to find that returning home is different than finding one.

Although this story could be well understood without knowing anything about Who We Become, this comment will explain what happened in previous stories if you want to get caught up.

The newest and hottest game on the market is Sword Art Online, or SAO. A VRMMORPG, Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, Sword Art Online takes the player into a virtual reality world of swords and shields. Only 10,000 copies were sold online or in stores. But quickly, things go wrong and the fight goes from fun, to survival.

To escape the game of death, the game must be cleared. All 100 floors of the floating iron castle, known as Aincrad, must be conquered. If you die in game, you die in real life. The NerveGear will fry your brain. The same goes if the NerveGear is removed while you are in the game, you die.

Sword Art Online is a game of swords and shields with no magic. The game isn't designed to handle their Equestrian Magic. Sunset Shimmer must make sure that her friends and guildmates escape the game, or at least survive long enough until the game is defeated.

This story is a Serial Novel Society story: Updates will be at least on a weekly, Tuesday, basis.

Rarity never thought she would be a mother. In her late teens and early twenties, she always thought her friends might end up with big families of their own, but doubted she'd ever find something that would work with the life she wanted to make room for a family. However, if she's learned anything since then, it's that the Goddess spits on the plans of ponies. Between her job running a fashion empire, her love life, and her daughter, she can't ever seem to manage her time right.

After thirteen years of worry and wonder if she's ever been the mother her daughter needs, she gets a call... or, well, misses one, that might just put her on a new direction.
