Darth Vader is one of the most despicable forces in the galaxy. Once a powerful and respected Jedi Knight, he betrayed the Galactic Republic and Jedi Order for the dark side of the Force. The newly christened Sith Lord was apprenticed to Darth Sidious and quickly became a master of the dark side. Vader was soon the scourge of the Jedi, continuing the Great Jedi Purge by slaughtering all remaining Jedi.

An extension of Emperor Palpatine's will, the Dark Lord was constantly on the move, traveling throughout the galaxy to defeat rebel uprisings and kill any surviving Jedi. This mission brings him to the edge of the Outer Rim into the Unknown Region of the galaxy, in an unknown star system. High above an unnamed planet he duels with one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy in a starship battle. But during the battle his ship is damaged, and he crash-lands on the mysterious planet.

With his connections to the Galactic Empire severed, Vader must find a way out the land known as Equestria, inhabited by the strange creatures known as ponies. That, or he could take it over.

Fed up with the constant fighting of his parents; who are all but split up, a Pegasus named Sketchbook decides to move to Ponyville, However Mere hours after he moves into his new home, Sketch meets a unicorn named Lyra whom he finds the ability to talk to and share his opinions with, and not be judged or ridiculed; an entirely new experience for him.

After getting critically wounded from a fight, a teenager finds himself in a new world filled with ponies, only... he can't remember who he is, but he does remember what he is. Filled with knowledge that a normal teenager shouldn't have, does he use his knowledge of his tainted horrid world to help the ponies face things they are not meant face?

Will he befriend these new creatures?

Will his past ruin his chance of having a new life?

Or will he become more trouble to them than he realizes?

All that matters is, he has a new chance at a new life, let's see if he can make one out of it.

If these authors can make such badass and really moving stories out of MLP, I decided that maybe I could try something like that. But then I realized that I couldn't hope to match up to them, so I'll just settle with making the most awesomest, cool, moving, hated, sad (depending on the readers view on it) story I can make.

Also it would appreciative if at least some commentors will leave a 'like' or a 'great job' comment.

If you think this is just your average HIE then think again. With only the thoughts of getting back home our lost human will have to get to grips with the world around her, just as the world struggles with getting to grips with her.

"Reconditus Lunar Dominus. You stand accused of high treason, conspiracy against the very foundations of our kingdom and several attempted invasions that have resulted in the destruction of countless innocent lives. How do you plead?"

I still remember that moment. My accusations were the last thing I ever heard before coming to this... abomination of a land. Of course I plead guilty. They did catch me in the act, and denying it would help little. They sentenced me to execution by vorpal blade- a fate given to only the most troublesome creatures. Fortunately I had a failsafe- a powerful spell I had invented for just this occasion, though it's exact formula was experimental at best. I should have predicted I'd end up in some pastel playground.

For those new readers out there, I am currently going through and heavily editing this entire fanfiction after a near eternity of hiatus. I will be trying to post what chapters I've finished on a weekly basis, but some are longer than others. To my older readers who are returning, I am sorry for the inconvenience but I want to put my absolute best work forward and be absolutely certain of where I am in the story- I hope you'll keep reading and enjoy it even more once the newer chapters roll out!

I love to steal. The thrill of the theft, the shivers that go down my spine when I pilfer someone's valuable or rare object... it's an adrenaline rush.

Back on Earth, my job was damn difficult. Laser tripwires, security cameras, alarm systems, and armed guards were just some of the things I had to deal with on an almost-daily basis if I wanted to make ends meet. Here in Equestria, though... it's almost as if they want me to steal from them. It's a cakewalk. Even with Fence taking a portion of the value when he sells my stolen goods, I'm still practically rolling in bits.

Surely nothing bad could come of this at all... right?

Anyway, he ends up in Equestria, a land inhabited by strange creatures… That is, the creatures aren’t particularly strange, but their ability to speak English is.
