It had been hard enough, being one of the first. With the walls dropped, leaving her nation, her herd, traveling to Japan and trying to exist among so many strangers... every day had been a challenge. But she'd tried. The twins Cloudchaser and Flitter love foalsitting Rumble together. After all, two mares are better than one. But one day, Flitter comes down with the horsey hives and has to spend the day at Ponyville Hospital. Therefore, Cloudchaser decides to find somepony else to foalsit with her. Derpy turns out to be the only pegasus mare available for the job. How many things could go wrong? A lot, as it turns out.

Discord. The Elements of Harmony. The Pillars of Equestria. The five Alicorn Princesses. With all of them keeping Equestria safe, Flash Sentry begins to wonder what the point of the Royal Guard is anymore. In the face of such doubt, he decides to speak with Shining Armor in the hopes that doing so will set his mind at ease.

It's been a couple years or so ever since the Dimensional Tear Incident of 2018—something that no one would've ever thought of happening. On both worlds, everyone is still getting used to the fact that alien life does indeed exist, some coming to terms faster than others. Cultural exchange is slow but relations only continue to get stronger.

In a show of kindness, the U.S sends a volunteer over to the Equestrian side to help manage their security problems; something that's been plaguing them for quite some time now.

It is quite the shame that MA Brandt is in for quite the shock.

You wake up in a land where magic is real and sapient ponies have built a civilisation. Being from a different universe, you have no understanding of their language or laws, but you're happy to have found yourself in the friendliest town there is. Good luck building a new life as their favourite... monkey thing.

The Princesses have invited you to Canterlot to spend some time with them before the big holiday of Hearth's Warming Eve. You have enjoyed your time, but it really is time to be getting back to Ponyville. Then again, what sort of hosts would Celestia and Luna be if they let you, the only human in Equestria, just LEAVE in this cold weather!?
