It was a few days after Pain's devastating attack on the Village Hidden in the Leaves.
Half of the town was completely wrecked, but eventually Pain was stopped, and luckily there were no casualties.
This was thanks to Naruto Uzumaki, now hailed by the townspeople as ‘Hero of the Leaf’.
Things were really looking up for him, finally being respected, rather than shunned and hated by the citizens.
However, all this becomes meaningless when a mythical creature appears at his doorstep, and somehow kidnaps him into another universe.

Now a stranger in a world full of colorful ponies, Naruto tries to conceal his identity until he can find a way to get back home.
But with a millennium old evil soon making its return, he might find he plays a much bigger part there than just an unintentional visitor...

Please review after you read it! Constructive criticism is always welcome!

AU tag is there for a reason, even though it is not obvious at the beginning.

This story is a sequel to Fade Away

CANCELLED.

After the long and tiresome series of chaotic events on Equestria, the ex-villain Cole has finally returned to Earth to live a peaceful life at last. With no Changeling threats, most of the world (mostly New Marais) were able to rebuild in some sort of traumatized faux-peace. That peace did not last long, however.

One day, Zeke tells Cole of now-reinstated Agent Lucy Kuo of her latest mission in Seattle, Washington. Apparently, she was allotted two guests which she trusted dearly. The next day, they headed off to the airport and flew to Seattle.

After getting some sleep in a nice hotel, Cole and Zeke awake to news of the D.U.P, an organization created for the sole purpose of finding Conduits, now dubbed Bio-Terrorists and locked them up in a Conduit-only Prison.

Visibly angered and betrayed, Cole heads out to wreak havoc on the D.U.P. Along the way, he meets up with another Conduit who hates the D.U.P as well, named Delsin. They quickly connect (literally) and began bringing chaos.

Before they can even get time to talk, they are assaulted by a mysterious Conduit who they assumed worked for the D.U.P. They are knocked unconscious by the Conduit and seemingly taken.

After they awake, Cole quickly realizes he's back in Equestria.

Cole is visibly annoyed.

Delsin is just down-right confused.

This takes place after the non-canon Evil Karma ending of inFamous 2

Conduits. People with superhuman abilities, ranging from manipulation of a certain form of energy or matter, to flight, enhanced senses, and strength or other physical enhancements. Once a simple bike courier, Cole MacGrath, was one of them. He possessed immense control over electricity, boasting the ability to summon a gigantic bolt of pure lightning from the sky.

After defeating Kessler, who later revealed he was Cole from an alternate future and told him about the Beast, a powerful Conduit who threatened all of mankind. One month later after, Cole met up with NSA agent, Lucy Kuo. Kuo knew of "the Beast" and in fact, found Cole to help him prepare to fight it. She knew only one person who could help Cole combat the Beast. Dr Wolfe. He was one of the many scientists who helped make the Ray Sphere and had made an anti-Ray Sphere titled the Ray Field Inhibitor. The device, however required the power of seven Blast Cores. Cole, with this knowledge, headed out to go find them.

It was then later revealed that the Beast was a old friend of Cole named John White. He was unable to kill John because he simply did not want to and sided with him when he told him he could activate Conduits. In the end, he was forced to kill one of his friends, Nix and Zeke - his closest friend who stuck with him even in the darkest times. A month later after his death, regret fills his broken heart and gives way to depression.

However, due to an odd colored Blast Core that he and Kuo found in the wall, he ends up in another world with Zeke. This world is cheery, colorful and filled with technicolor ponies. Shit.

What separates us is much more than just simple cultural differences and clothes ...”

A modern human soldier falls into Equestria. After some consideration, Princess Celestia determines that Twilight Sparkle is ready to serve as his guide into their world. And as for her insights into his world? Is he a lens, or a mirror?

A story of trust and differences.

Rather than being a story of good and evil, or dramatic conflicts, the tale revolves largely around the dialogue of the human character with the many ponies; an initial cultural exchange between two parties who have not prepared for it. The intention and exploration in it is earnest: what separates them? Or what doesn't?

What Separates was originally written over the course of a few months in 2012. It was published on another fan fiction website at the time. After FimFiction grew prominent, it has been moved here.

Servants have their uses, no matter their form, station or handicaps. Marwolaeth Pydredd is one such servant, cursed with an infernal visage that causes any who look upon him to convulse in fear before locating the nearest set of torches and pitchforks. As such, Marwolaeth hides his body underneath layers upon layers of metal and leather, concealing all but the barest glimpse of his eyes with shining metal and sturdy chainmail. For years immemorial Marwolaeth has been guided from town to town, between planes and even into the dens of powerful creatures at the behest of his master, who lends his skills to the highest bidders.

Marwolaeth's newest charge is the peaceful land of Equestria, lent to Princess Celestia herself, in order to guard the Elements of Harmony. Not even five minutes into his new assignment is Marwolaeth asking himself why he's there. A peaceful land has no need for a hardened warrior, and he has no need for the rest such an assignment would provide. What Marwolaeth doesn't know, though, is that trouble is brewing on the horizon, and just under his nose.
