It was Belltoll's first night in the royal guard, and on the night of the Grand Galloping Gala no less. Stubborn determination had gotten him this far. It was unfortunate that same determination would also lead to mass chaos, catastrophe, and an early midlife crises.

But when Twilight and the Rainbooms took away their powers, things went south for the Dazzlings. The three fell on hard times, and are barely making ends meet. They're at each other's throats, and Adagio wants payback for what Twilight has done to them.

The Dazzlings, broken and powerless, have been reduced to mortal beings. Now, without their jewels, their future is uncertain.

Aria Blaze and Sonata Dusk are constantly bickering. It drives their sister, Adagio Dazzle, slightly crazy at times, but when she bursts in on what sounded like a more heated argument than usual, she sees something that won't be easy for her to accept.

Somehow, this leads to Fluttershy trying to help her. Then the rest of Fluttershy's friends get involved.
