Foreword

It's been over a year since I wrote this story, and I feel the need to add a disclaimer. My views of incest have changed, and I now realise that the vast majority of incestuous relationships are abusive, or at least unhealthy — not because of being biologically related, but because of the emotions that normally come with being raised together as family.

I'm gonna leave the story up because I believe that people can still enjoy it for what it is — an unrealistic blend of comedy and over-the-top drama (not to mention the sometimes harmless shipping). I believe that, in its capacity to make people happy, this story can still do more good than harm. Plus, I'm still kinda proud of many other aspects of the story, and I really appreciate all the comments and support I received.

Maybe someday I'll write a sequel that actually addresses some of these points in-world. In the meantime…

Fantasy's harmless, it's the real thing that hurts. I can completely understand having a viewpoint change, and despite the fact that I still have incest-fantasies involving fictional characters, I fully agree that RL incest is abusive and shouldn't be engaged in.

That being said, this is still a great story. Thank you for writing it.

Honestly, having never had any kind of experience, told or lived either in person or from other sources, incestuous reports I can not tell you if all the relationships between siblings are abusive or unhealthy. But one thing I'm sure: I liked this story a lot, so to put it among my favorites and I'm glad that despite all you've decided to leave it on the site. I hope you decide to write a sequel to this story, because I confess I would like to see how the relationship between Adagio and Fluttershy evolves (on a sentimental level, not like "Taming By the Butterfly", another very beautiful story that talks about their relationship Sexually explicit).
