Kuno and Warden are happily together now, but events are transpiring to force them from their happy life.

The reappearance of the Crystal Empire causes Kuno and Warden to give up their new-found home. And Kuno, ignoring the fact that they're two different species and completely incompatible, decides that she wants a baby.

Before her descent into madness and her rebellion as Nightmare Moon, Luna lived entire lifetimes as a mortal and traveller amongst the ponies of Equestria.

Restored to her true self, Luna knows she must return to her cyclic life to remain whole. As preparation she chooses to reacquaint herself with the lives of her subjects in this modern age, and in the guise of Sable Moonshine, unicorn scholar and distant friend of Twilight Sparkle, she travels to Ponyville to spend time with Twilight's companions. Despite the 'exciting' month of astronomical observation and scientific research planned by Twilight, Luna nevertheless finds time to work a day at Sweet Apple Acres. And then another.

Applejack, meanwhile, is pleasantly surprised by Sable's dedication and enthusiasm for hard work. She's less pleasantly surprised by Sable's enthusiasm for Applejack.

But, when things don’t go as planned, Nidra will need a little help, and that help comes in the form of orange light. After all, avarice is just another form of love, right…?

A mentally broken Trixie, the mare behind the greatest financial disaster in all of Equestria, is saved by the Princesses on the day she decides to end her life. Afterwards, she strives to go from the shadows of the past that haunted her, into the light she's always yearned to touch. With the help of the Princesses, and some old enemies turned friends it'll be up to Trixie to choose between the shadows that had so long defined her, and the chance to become the mare she's always wished she could be.

When Fluttershy discovers her feelings, she is afraid of how to go about them, at first she is ashamed, but she soon finds that she has been super dense about it, telling herself to tell how she felt, she discovers that the feeling isn't mutual, but soon finds that somepony else is following her. Shy doesn't know what to do about the follower, and tries to escape the watchful eyes of this mare that has been watching her.

Trixie heads to Carousel Boutique to spend her first Hearth Warming Eve with somepony she loves. Trixie and Rarity have plans for the night with Sweetie Belle. But the plans are changed when the filly brings a friend with her, who also happens to be her crush.
