It's Christmas time at Canterlot High. Normally a time for fun and cheer. But no this year it seems. Someone is spreading people's worst and most embarrassing secrets.

Their name? Anon-A-Miss. And the one that seems to be the culprit? Sunset Shimmer. At least according to Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo.

Unfortunately for whoever is doing it, Canterlot High isn't falling for it. Not after the Battle of the Bands. And even the few that still haven't fully forgiven Sunset for her past bullying, believe she is innocent.

But then, who is the culprit?

With her life in ruins because of Anon-a-Miss, Sunset Shimmer is abducted by an unknown entity and tossed into a strange new world populated by a variety of ancient beasts and tribes. After she arrives, she is found by a young castaway and together, they'll survive, face old and new challenges, and learn the truth about the ARK.

Note: Primitive Plus, references to Genesis, and other modifications in ARK: Survival Evolved is to be expected in this story.

I know, I know, "It's only your third story," I don't care, I've been wanting to try a crossover-fic since I joined, and I saw this as an opportunity.
Since Hazbin Hotel only has a pilot, and I absolutely refuse to use Twitter, I am going to go off of a lot of personal and fandom-made headcannons I thought were cool.

It's summertime, and this summer will be quite different for Sunset as she'll be staying with Twilight's family while continuing her relationship with Twilight. Come along for the first few days of their summer, to see what they have in store together with a few unexpected things to come.

All because the user called Anon-a-Miss who has been using other student secrets to turn them against her. The school hates her. Her friends have abandon her. And she had no family to turn to.

She was all alone.

Or was she? When walking in the cold, she would soon be taken to the home of the people that would change her life forever. And perhaps give to her, the greatest Christmas gift of all.

Lightning is far from the average student at CHS. He is the top of his class, by a significant margin, and aside from his best friend Sunset Shimmer, he is a complete social outcast, almost completely incapable of holding any form of conversation with anyone who isn't a teacher. But all of that changes after an incident at a school field trip. Or, so he thought. Turns out having powers doesn't really change your social status if no one knows about them, nor does it really make it easier to talk to the pretty girl from English class. But as major threats start to rise in Canterlot City, Lightning realizes that someone has to stand up to them. As a great man once said, with great power comes great responsibility.

After the Fall Formal I thought that I had lost everything. The crown, my one chance to return to Equestria. Turns out that I was wrong. I have gained so much. Some of it I didn't even know that I was searching for. My name is Sunset Shimmer, and this is my story.

Sunset has once again become a pariah, the students of CHS have turned against her, and even her own friends have abandoned her. At her lowest point and without her friends, Sunset is left vulnerable as the students voice their frustration at her being Anon-A-Miss. But she still had one friend who believed in her and that was Twilight Sparkle, with her words of encouragement, Sunset is reminded of who she is. With her confidence back, Sunset begins to take back control of the school and hunt down Anon-A-Miss.
