Months after Princess Twilight Sparkle's coronation, Princess Luna has learned to speak normal and more modern and has found a special somepony, only to have him taken from her by an unforeseen accident. But he left part of himself behind as Luna gives birth to an alicorn colt a few months after his death and Twilight's Coronation. Follow her son, Moon Dust's immortal life from the time he is but a little foal, whom everypony adores, to a rambunctious troublemaker in his kid years, and then to a brave strong alicorn stallion, defending his subjects, and the mare he loves, against the forces of evil that threaten them as a grown up.

What new adventures await him as he is taught the values of friendship? What will he learn from his experiences? And what does this reoccurring dream of some sort of machine running into him mean once he is older? Does his mom and Aunt Celestia possibly know? Only one way to find out. Please read and review. This story is told from my OC character's point of view, who is the main character, but some parts may switch to other ponies' points of view for certain scenes.

Imprisoned on the moon, the Princess of Eternal Night passed the time in any way she could, usually plotting her revenge.

But when someone else finds their way into her prison, she finds a new way to pass the time, and soon revenge is no longer on top of her list.

She returns to Equestria, but she's not alone, and the Royal Family has a new member.

A little something I wrote on a forum for a thread called Hogwarts Rejection Letters. As you may infer, it is a crossover with Harry Potter.

When a second chance arises, do you jump on the fleeting moment changing your fate forever, or do you let it pass?

For Ada, help called from Equestria leads her on a collision with a daemon of old, broken, defeated, and banished. Swiping the opportunity, she chooses to leave behind her old life in favor of trying to redeem a lost soul, who once tried to force the world into an eternal slumber. Ada must help Nightmare Moon in a journey to prevent evil from prevailing once more, and do so while facing prosecution from the world itself.

10/27/19 Status: This story has been cancelled due to me having lost motivation in trying to fix the overall plot for it. I might decide in starting from the ground up to create a better story line for it that fits the bill to show improvement in my writing.

Ever since Luna returned from her banishment and been cleansed by the Elements of Harmony, she has always been worried that she would turn back into Nightmare Moon. So without telling anypony she made a magical construct, named the Tantabus, that would plague her with dreams and nightmares of what would happen if she did turn.

That is until one night the Tantabus did something that Luna never thought would happen, it gave her a good dream.

I woke up not in a land of technicolor ponies, but within the lands of their dreams. They had no protector, no one to stave off the nightmares and keep them safe. So I took on that role, and watched over them as if they were my own.

Until recently, when their previous protector finally came back.

A thousand years ago, the Protector of Dreams, Princess Luna was banished to the moon. And tonight she finally returned.

After Celestia humiliates her at a dinner, Luna storms off and ends up snooping around in her sister's room. There, she stumbles upon the journal Celestia kept immediately after the banishment of Nightmare Moon.
