To their credit I get why. They want to crack down on "Fringe Fetishes" or so I've heard they've been called, like incest, rape, cannibalism, etc. The problem, however, is that they're including DID art in this.
Let me explain with the 18+/adult material (boy does that feel redundant) they'll remove with the following features:
- Real People
- Subjects (real or otherwise) under 18 (including aged up characters)
- Content offering sexual services
