Tyler Reece, a Paleontologist, who has lived a rather boring life, fins the discovery of the century. An evolved Tyrannosaurus Rex. Larger, meaner, and more predatory. It dwarfs the previous incarnation, by becoming slightly larger than a Spinosaurus, and having the weight to match. Of course there was only so much to gauge from the bones, but of course, while Tyler is trying to bask in his short glory, he is taken to a far off world.

However, luckily for Tyler he's not defenseless, as he controls the body of the most powerful predator in that world: the world of Equus.

A world filled with colorful....talking ponies....who are herbivores....Yep....

The past has always been a mystery to the ponies of Equestria. Even to the Princesses who've lived for millenniums don't fully know what the world was like long ago.

However when a mysterious figure emerges from deep underground, its discovered that he originated from an ancient civilization that existed long before even magic came to be and that their ancient ancestors creations may have unintentionally played a key role in shaping the world that they now live in.

But the most shocking thing of all, the figure himself isn't like anything that anypony has seen in all of Equestria.

This is my first MLP Fanfiction so I'd like to hear some constructive criticism.

But he'll soon discover that the Omnitrix is something many aliens want. Something that warriors are willing to die, and kill for.

There are two sides to every coin. It is true that Icy Gaze was imprisoned for capturing all Element bearers and almost killing them, chickening out at the last moment. It is also true that he did all that for a sum of money a pegasus of his career almost never has the chance to see and on the orders of princess Luna, possessed by Nightmare at the time.
It is understandable why he might be just a little unhappy about his current home, Canterlot castle dungeon cell, and wants to spread his wings again.

Applejack has returned from her Everglow adventure with magic all her own. Magic that her little sister and friends want to investigate. What could go wrong when the Apple family falls far from the tree without Twilight to rely on?

They will have to learn to fight as a unit with magic they've only just begun to understand, but Applejack won't be pleased if she allows harm to come to the younger foals in her care. What's a mare to do when she has to foalsit in the middle of a potential battlefield?
