Disillusioned by the tragic events on Panchaea, Adam Jensen chooses to subsequently end everything and hope that mankind will find a solution to the augmentation debate by itself. Instead of welcoming death however, he finds himself in a strange utopian world filled with pastel-colored ponies.

Unfortunately, this does not mean Adam is allowed any reprieve from morally challenging decisions.

A/N: Deus Ex: Equestria is written in a way that does not confuse people new to the lore too much but feels familiar with the players. This story will feature a vote at the end of several chapters that will affect the direction of the story based on Adam Jensen's actions in the world. It is divided into three categories: Combat, Stealth, and Diplomacy. Choose wisely, for it will have long-standing consequences.

This is a Doctor Who crossover (as if that wasn't already obvious), so if you don't like Doctor Who, why are you here?

This story ignores all canon past The Return of Harmony.

For years, the Time Lord known only as "The Doctor" has traversed throughout time and space, helping numerous beings out in the process. He's saved entire planets. He's defeated entire armies. But now comes the biggest challenge of all.

He has to travel with a pony of all things. Well, in any event, it's better than a Dalek or a Cyberman!

Louis Roi is a soldier who has fought and sacrificed for his country. When sentient ponies from the magical island of Equestria announce that humanity's end is nigh, he refuses to accept that having his humanity stripped away is the only survival option.

Griffons hold the answer to Louis' problem. Long marginalised by pony society, the griffons see human ideas and technology as a way to regain their long-lost place in the world. Now all they need is a volunteer to take the leap from human to griffon.

There are two types of places where people go to heal when injured. A hospital to heal physical wounds, and a bar to heal wounds on the soul.

Sup. My name is.... Well, I don't really Have a name, as I am a test subject at Omega Test Facility, on Earth. Oh yeah, and I'm a robot. In fact, a really expensive and badass robot if I may say so myself. Aaaanyway, back to the description at hand. I find myself in a place I later learn is called Equestria. This is mainly due to the owner of the facility conducting stupid and unnecessary tests, one of which ends me up in Equestria. And guess what? I bloody called it!

(Please note, Ponies and Griffins are humanized. However, griffins will have different features as will other races. Minotaurs will be Minotaurs (normal scale, features, etc) and changelings will also have their own features (scales/chitinous bodies.) Zebras will also be humanized, but naturally being from Zebrica will have features like that of the humanized Zecora (look it up :) ).

A new disease. Some sort of radiation poisoning, and at the same time, not. The doctors can't help me, not just yet. Into the tube I go. I'll see you in five years, my wonderful Sarah. I love you.

One last ship. A single set of coordinates. I have no idea where they will take me, but there isn't anything else left for me here. Although, the 'Magic of Friendship' is a strange name for a space ship. I'm changing that to the 'Millennium Falcon' the first chance I get!

The griffon king screws up. He found an ancient artifact, and ended up summoning a very strange creature into the magical world of Equis. Lucky for him, the creature was in a coma. After a year, the creature starts to stir, and the king decides it would be a good Idea for a lonely griffon by the name of Gilda to show this creature around its new world.

(A first person fic focusing on a tracuer, somebody who does Parkour or Freerunning, and his journey through the politically hostile land of Equestria, and its surrounding Nations. A fair warning, it is a strong possibility that there will be a few grammar mistakes, but I will do my best to minimize that. Please comment, and critique. When Rainbow Dash was a young filly, she enjoyed a strange, but powerful connection to a supposedly legendary being from a distant land, one only achieved in slumber. Unfortunately, as time marched on and the two grew into stronger individuals, the link, in turn, began to grow weaker, eventually disappearing entirely. Of course though, nothing like that is truly lost forever. Now, with both fully grown and fighting on distant battlefields, the connection is reemerging when both need it most. With it, Rainbow Dash will soon learn of a dark conspiracy that will put her element to the test and the fate of everything in her hooves.
