Mort, also known as the Pale Pony (of Death), has been tasked to take time off from his rigorous duties of reaping souls. Seeking guidance, he is directed towards the town of Ponyville, to learn about the magic of friendship from Twilight Sparkle and her friends. All he needs to do is keep his true nature a secret. That shouldn't be too difficult...right?

Pinkamina battles Death incarnate, trying to prevent the deaths of others using the cryptic powers of the Pinkie Sense. Meanwhile the Royal Sisters frown upon her messing with the fabrics of fate, and her stallion Lickity Split has been eyeing the wedding bells lately. Who is under Death's hood?

Chrysalis has been defeated, now Shining Armor and Cadance can be wed. Or can they?

...Well, no. It seems the bride objects to it. Is this Cadance a changeling too? No, that would make far too much sense...

Twilight despises chocolate milk. She hates it. Defiles it. She throws it on the ground, and spits in its puddle of calcium goodness. Chocolate milk has haunted her since her childhood, and Twilight vows to never drink it at all. She can't stand it! However... somepony in the Ponyville community dares to bring this sweet treat before her, and the innocent peace offering doesn't end very well. This is the tragic event that takes place on a summer afternoon in Ponyville.

Pinkie Pie challenges her friends to play a game in which they take turns being evil, with the rest of the players tasked to thwart the evil schemes. The stakes are high, and all of Ponyville is caught in the middle...

Princess Celestia, tired of the constant pressure that ruling a nation puts on her, decides to take a day off and let Luna take her responsibilities for a day, something the younger alicorn is more than happy to do. She disguises herself as a pink maned pegasus pony named Sunny Skies and decides to go walking around Canterlot without any supervision. Unfortunately for her, not all parts of Canterlot are as safe as the palace, and she finds herself at the wrong end of a gang of muggers, who decide to kidnap her for a ransom when they see how much money she has on her.

Luna freaks out.

Celestia thinks it's hilarious.

After the changelings' failed invasion of Canterlot, Twilight tries to soothe some of Ponyville's rampant paranoia by casting a spell to prove there are no imposters hiding in the town. But her spell leaves her in an alien body, facing a mob of angry ponies who just don't believe her when she says she is Twilight Sparkle.

Or, at least, she was Twilight Sparkle, anyway...

This story is a sequel to Therapist Visit

After our therapist finishes his visits with Princess Luna, he is immediately thrown into another confrontation with a certain Queen. Chrysalis is crippled, both mentally and physically due to a torturous addendum in Cadence's love spell. Rationale would consider it to be a blessing, while Chrysalis sees it as a curse. Chrysalis threatens to kill the stallion if he doesn't answer her questions. It's a race against time as Rationale struggles to find out exactly what makes the Changeling Queen, something that he has never seen in his life, tick.

A side story to Therapist Visit, written in the same style as a first: Second-Person with dialogue only and quotations omitted.
