Things where going so well, until when the adoptive sister of Princess Twilight, and the unofficial daughter of Princess Celestia, showed up at my house. Her name? *Sigh* Her name was Barb. And the worst part about this entire thing, was that she was hot.

The alliance between Equestria and Alemaneia continues to hold steadfast; Colonel Paul Werner and Generalfeldmarschall Aryanne Land's 'relationship' is at an all-time high... though that does not say much.

Things turn unprecedented, however, when Alemaneia becomes the victim. Actions against the state would never sit lightly with Aryanne, and she vows to unleash the entire military might of her nation against the offending foreign government... even at the threat of multi-state intervention in a to-be conflict. The world pleads with Equestria to rein in the fascist nation or risk a global conflict, and Paul is tasked with talking Aryanne's justified response down.

However, she'll only talk to him on one condition:

He must come to Alemaneia.

All the while, Paul must grapple with some of his biggest demons.

Our dear human, Jason is one such being, but his drunk mistake has upped the ante by being with none other than Princess Celestia and by that action alone they are forced to marry soon by a law long forgotten from Celestia's teenage years. But that's not the only surprise in store for the pair of them as many conflicts will be coming over the months ahead.

Whether the two like it or not, they must be together until Jason's mortal life ends and there is no way of getting out of that but to live with it.

Rend is your basic Changeling soldier, albeit a rather tough one. Loyal to his Monarch- Queen Chrysalis- and willing to die for her and the good of the hive.

That loyalty was tested, though, when Princess Cadence and Shining Armor blasted almost every single Changeling out of Canterlot with Love Energy.

Rend has the misfortune to be caught between a building when the blast hits him- nearly killing him. That was bad enough. Things go from bad to terrible when he tries to feed and a Royal Guard pony intercedes.

Things go downhill from there.

Princess Cadance, just like everypony else, needs some time of leisure from her many duties. While Shining Armor is taking care of their daughter, Cadance enjoys her lone trips to the nearby Nephrite Forest, where she can be away from all of her burdens and obligations for at least a short while.

She was simply destined to get mugged eventually, wasn’t she? Why not by somepony who takes his job very seriously.
