And in those two weeks Spike "Purple Prose" Flail, ace reporter for the Canterlot Sun, has had plenty of time to get into the swing of his new home in the small town. Life seems good...

Until a new pony blows into town. A specter from Spike's past that isn't willing to let him just have his "happily ever after." A certain ex-student of Princess Celestia herself that Spike hasn't thought of in ages.

One who's particularly eager to show how little a "hero" Spike is.

Inspired by the story image, RainbowDoubleDash's Lunaverse and Trinary's "Rainbooms and Royalty", I give you my take on the alternate universe concept. Namely, a universe where Spike is the pony and Twilight is his dragon assistant.

The thousandth Summer Sun Celebration is approaching. With it will come the return of Nightmare Moon. Celestia has no student to call upon to save Equestria, and is doing all she can to make the last day of peace meaningful for her people.

Meanwhile, Spike "Purple Prose" Flail is a reporter for the Canterlot Sun. He finds himself being shipped down to the boonies with his longtime friend and assistant, Twilight, to cover the biggest festival Equestria has seen in a millennium!

But even with a visit from the princess, there's no way someplace as boring as Ponyville could ever be newsworthy. Right?

Queen Nightmare Corona has returned from banishment on the Spring Love Celebration! Cadance has mysteriously disappeared after being hit by a beam of black magic, and her faithful student Lyra Heartstrings is going to try and stop her- but without those pesky Ponyvillians in the way! Will Nightmae Corona rule in a state of eternal eclipse once again? Or will Lyra be able to stop her? Will they even make it to the Crystal Tower to fight her?

Medley is often known as a rather prickly pony but recently she's been more moody than usual. Could it be something to do with the holiday season and the fact she isn't going to visit her family this year?

When her friends find out the reason behind her bad mood they set out on a quest which takes them across Equestria to try and bring a very Medley Hearth's Warming to her.

A festive story taking place in the Cadenceverse.

Octavia isn't finding it very easy to adjust to her new life in Ponyville. The place seems so different from what she is used to and seems to be full of crazy ponies!

However, the population seem to have plans of their own and invite her and her fellow element bearers to a party in their honour. Octavia is used to formal dances and the like, surely this Hoe Down thing can't be much different. Can it?

Oh and maybe she might have just the teeniest bit of a crush on a certain red stallion who might happen to be at the dance, but that shouldn't be a problem.

A Cadenceverse story set about a week after The Music of Ponyville.

Octavia has always been a creature of habit, each morning she arises before dawn, plays for the rising sun and goes for a jog. It seemed a good idea to put her experience running to use in the annual running of the leaves competition, but when she finds that her friends have also entered she becomes worried that the competition may destroy their relationship.

Fluttershy, being the element of Generosity, is known around Ponyville and beyond for her charitable work but she's not the only one, Rarity is also known to collect for an orphanage. When a charity ball is held near the town tensions run high as they both attempt to score a donation from visiting dignitary Prince Blueblood of Monacolt.

Will either of them be successful or will both return home in shame?

Takes place in the Cadenceverse about a month after The Music of Ponyville.

My name is Lance. I was a young student who wanted to become a Graphic artist and also create characters for video games and comic books. One thing that I did not realize though is that I would soon become one of the favorite characters I would like to draw.

I went to a small anime convention in Los Angeles dressed up as the main character from Azure Striker Gunvolt. A 14 year old Adept that had control over lightning based powers. However, everything was going just fine until I ran into a merchant that resembled Xur from Destiny that was offering me something I couldn't refuse. Like the unknowing idiot I was then, I purchased what he offered me.

Next thing I knew, I wake up in a city called Maretropolis, where I was found by my breezie friend Lumen and another pony that fills me in on where I am. Now I'm in a world filled with ponies, magic, powers, and heroes. However, if they see me as one is another story

A Displaced story that is set in the universe of the Power Ponies. Also considered as an Azure Striker Gunvolt Crossover since the main character is dressed as GV.
