Twilight's life is changing very quickly and there is nothing she can do to stop it. Will Princess Celestia still look at her the same way? Will any of her friends? Is the pain worth it if they cannot accept her changes, or is it better to just join the starving?

Author's Note: After reading the story "What the frick!?" I decided to try my hoof at transformation, seeing as I constantly switch between pony and human. But anyways, back to the point: I'm not planning to work on this very hard, at the time of upload, but I WILL work in it. But, who knows? If it picks up traction, I may devote more time to it. Dream, just your ordinary mare from Ponyville and a powerful hypnotist, had enough of her everyday life. Constantly trying to cure mentally ill ponies was starting to weigh on her, and thus she wanted to do something more fun. Taking over Equestria seemed a good idea in her eyes. She had always been a fan of power and control, so it was no wonder that she became a hypnotist, but like everypony knows, power corrupts and Dream will experience that firsthoof.

Join her as she and Deviosis, her partner in crime and controller of the minds, try to take on Equestria and implant a new rule in the country. Will their plan succeed and will they become the new rulers of the country? Or will they fail and be banished for eternity?

Warning: Contains hypnosis, mind control, robots, and possibly clop.

We all know the story of how the Princess’ young student and five friends defeated Nightmare Moon and brought Princess Luna back to our lands. But what if the tale were false? What if the young Twilight Sparkle on the event of her entrance exam had not been rescued by Princess Celestia, but instead lost her mind among the power of her youthful surge and had to be sent away, far away before she could destroy all of Canterlot with her newfound power. Now the feral unicorn prowling the Everfree Forest only vaguely remembers her past, slipping away from constant terrifying attempts to capture her.

And she is beginning to remember what true power felt like.

Princess Celestia however find this quite strange and she is worried about her it, she has to know what are they doing alone. But spying could destroy ones trust even for the two good freinds.

The job of a nurse, this is notorious, is a stressfull job that requires a lot of dedication and will. A little known fact, however, is that dedication to the job tends to cause problems that range from the annoying, to the embarassing, to the health-endangering.

For avoid the latter situation, the hospital staff of Ponyville Hospital decides to follow the proposal of two members, and pratically cancel the bathroom break completely, by wearing adult diapers during the day and night shifts.

How Nurse Redheart will fare with the consequences of such decision?

As you can easily guess by the cover and description, this story has diapers and a light usage of them in it. Also, it contains grossly inaccurate human pony behaviour, likely wrong medical procedures, and traces of nuts.
