This story is a sequel to The Many Secret Origins of Scootaloo

When Scootaloo's attempt at flying causes her to crash into Twilight's lab, it sets off a chain reaction that causes Twilight to disappear, leaves the library in shambles and Scootaloo knocked out. A wave of purple energy rips through Equestria, leaving all to wonder 'great, what now?'

When Scootaloo awakens, she learns from the Bureau of Undoing Trouble from Twilight Sparkle that this world's Twilight is gone... and in her place are dozens of Twilights from different dimensions, tearing across the land. Worse, Nightfall Eclipse, a wicked Twilight from the antimatter universe, is assembling other bad Twilights to form The League of Evil Twilights, who seek to take over Equestria.

Now gifted with the ability to track down these Twilights, thanks to the explosion, Scootaloo will seek out these visitors from other universes in the hopes of sending them home and getting the real Twilight back.

We all know how the story begins, and we all know how it ends. What we do not know is what happens in that infinite moment of time between when a pony dies, and when she is returned as something new. My name is Princess Twilight Sparkle, and this is the story of how I died.

Sweet Night a maid working in the royal castle, is stuck with being the personal maid of Princess Luna for the night. Even if its for a single night Sweet Night still fears for her job, rumors floating around the castle tell of how many ponies lost their job to Luna. In truth little is known about Princess Luna, and perhaps Sweet Night will be the first to learn about the real Princess of the night.

For many, "Lesson Zero" was the episode where FiM metaphorically "grew the beard", since it established that Twilight's duty to send reports weekly ended.

However, the events could have taken a different direction entirely.

For the example, what if the Mane 5 did the sane thing at the wrong moment? What if Celestia wasn't so merciful towards Twilight? And to make things worse, Celestia got a sadistic sense of humor and an idea for an untraditional punishment?

How will Twilight act during her stay in one of her biggest fears and a total opposite of her usual orderly life?

Alright, for the first two chapters the story is for everyone. Starting with the third chapter, however, the rating is "Teem", because of some... Aristophanes-ish humor and some shards of fetish. You have been warned.

Finally, the summer vacation has started. But for Silver Spoon, this doesn't mean fun and play. She has to go to summer class. And if going to school during precious summer time wasn't bad enough, Apple Bloom is there, too. But what seemed to become a nightmare of a vacation slowly turns out to be a chance to finally change a lot of things in Silver Spoon's life.

Side story: A Night at The Golden Mug

The Mane Six, Spike, and the two alicorn princesses are sucked into an alien world. They soon discover that they have been transported to a galaxy far, far from home. A galaxy which is under the control of the evil Galactic Empire and where Emperor Palpatine knows of them and wants to use them for his own nefarious purposes.

Twilight must lead her friends on their journey through a cruel and hostile galaxy, avoiding the Imperial forces and bounty hunters sent after them, trying to find the Rebel Alliance.

They may be the ponies' only hope for getting home . . . .

Each of the Mane Six have rough days, and this just happens to be one of them. Which is why Twilight decides for all of them to have a Sleepover!

But things get crazy as each of the Elements of Harmony think they have a tougher job then the other. When the argument gets to rough, fate decides to jump in and help. How? By swapping their minds! Will the Mane Six find a way to change back? And will they survive doing what they thought would just be statements?
