Many months have passed since Twilight Sparkle, now crowned Princess of Equestria, managed to conduct an interview with Midnight Wind, an amiable batpony that came to stay in Ponyville. She gained incredible answers, yet emerged with a lot of questions still. Now, as another meeting is set, she desires to know even more about his species.

But some tapes are never meant to be shared with the public...

Princess Twilight Sparkle is keen on bringing the Magic of Friendship to everyone, not only the ponies of Equestria. Accepting an invitation she received a long time ago, she decides to visit the domain of batponies. Alongside Midnight Wind, a Nightguard member she befriended, she sets off on a perilous journey to the land of Noctraliya.

But can she fulfill her task when faced with internal rivalries, political intrigues, cultural aversions... and a funny feeling growing gradually in her heart?

Twilight Sparkle will not pass up on this incredible opportunity – a batpony stallion came to stay in Ponyville and is willing to share knowledge and information! It would allow to finally fill all the gaps in Equestrian knowledge about their species!

Three hundred years after the fall of Princess Luna, Equestria teeters on the brink of disaster. Bitter political infighting and power-hungry nobles threaten to tear the country apart in a bloody civil war, while in the south old enemies prepare to reclaim their ancient homeland from the ponies.

As Princess Celestia desperately strives to hold together her splintered nation, she sends a young pony on a quest to the northern lands that border Equestria in order to plead for aid against the threat of Grypha. This unlikely messenger is Rye Strudel, the flightless, magicless, half-breed son of a guard and a baker. Rye must do the impossible and unite the thanes of the north... for if he cannot, there may be no home to come back to.

"The nine most terrifying words in this language are: ‘I'm from the government and I'm here to help.’”

Veggie Vee is the model bureaucrat: enthusiastic, motivated, and absolutely enamoured with setting the world to rights from the safety of her desk in Canterlot. Being assigned to Ponyville to save her job, therefore, wasn't exactly on her to-do list.

The local citizens aren't too happy about it, either. What should have been a simple poster campaign against unhealthy eating swiftly becomes a war of attrition. An incompetent underground resistance attempts to foil her every move and Veggie's latent megalomania isn't helping. Princess Twilight is nowhere to be seen, and an explosion-happy, candy-loving sugar freedom fighter is on the loose.

Everything is about to spiral out of control...

Captain Ghost Chaser has a secret obsession with cases of mental breakdowns and madness, especially when it comes to the famous ex-princess, Twilight Sparkle. After being transferred to the Equestrian Asylum for the Criminally Insane, his secret obsession leads him down a path of terrifying encounters, secrets, and a fear that just might drive him right into the care of the very Institution he is tasked with guarding and regulating.

Since their loss with the Rainbooms, the Dazzlings have not fared well, Adagio is given/offered a chance, at her new job, they were offered a large sum of money to seek information at the Psychiatric Hospital of Mount Massive. They come to the asylum, they manages to get inside. Once inside, they encounter the bodies of security guards and medical personnel, who have been massacred by the inmates of the mental hospital. They will try to escape from the asylum, followed closely by inmates who were genetically modified by Murkoff Company.

Twilight was on the road to recovery from her mental illness. She had started a new treatment, bonded with the staff, and had many friends in her ward. Now she wakes up in the center of the delusions she has been trying so hard to escape: Ponyville.
