On a dark night filled with even darker magics, an insane cult attempts to give Nightmare Moon a body and life of her own, utterly separate from Princess Luna. But, when the spell is interrupted by Celestia, something unexpected is created.

Now, a little black alicorn filly named Nyx finds herself living under the care of Twilight Sparkle, only to be haunted by memories and emotions from her past. Is she Nightmare Moon reborn or is she simply a doppelganger with a soul and mind of her own? Can Twilight Sparkle protect Nyx from those who refuse to see past her dragon eyes and black coat?

Or, will Nyx be forced to inherit the sins that may not even be hers and become the greatest evil Equestria has ever known?

Trent's life sucks. His parents don't understand him, so he moved out. His used-to-be friends all think he's strange for being a brony, except one. The only time he ever really gets to talk to people is over the internet on My Little Pony themed forums. He is lonely and sad, even when his friend is around. But all of that changes on one stormy night, when he finds something incredible hidden on the side of the road.

With knowledge of her talent, all she needs is a musical genius who will help her find her cutie mark. However, when she stumbles upon college dorm mates Octavia and Vinyl, she knows she's in for a lot.

Rarity has fallen hard for the lavender mare from Canterlot, but there is just one problem, that certain mare from Canterlot is completely oblivious to it all. Thus, Rarity does everything in her power to escape the dreaded friend zone, from skywriting to asking Twilight's parents for help. But will it be enough? Probably not. After all, Twilight is rather naive, but a mare's gotta try.

Twilight and Trixie go through the adventure of life together, the other as their sister. Things go smooth for both mares, but as fillies their lives are more than unusual. While Trixie fights homework, school work, everything else that involves work, as well as her mother, Twilight stands alone as a golden child. More often than not, the sweet alumna sees herself saving Trixie from trouble around every corner. As Trixie lives life to the fullest, exploiting her sister for everything she could, Twilight prefers the quiet way, keeping Trixie in line as best she could.

Twilight Sparkle thinks that Cheerilee would provide a very interesting partner... to talk to... about literature. Nothing else. Right?

Who is Scootaloo? Everypony knows about her present, but when it comes to her past there are as many different answers as there are questions.

Is she the love child of two star-crossed lovers? The last hope for the future? The child of a broken home? A mysterious figure fighting a war no pony knows about? Or is it something else entirely? Is she even a pony at all?

Twilight Sparkle decides to ask everypony in Ponyville and find out about Scootaloo...and the stories, rumors and gossip she gets will leave her wondering how the truth can ever compete with fiction.

In the year 2028, the rule of Celestia and Luna has ended, and taking their place is a large, red, cyborg pony named Equilarsous. The cities and towns have become steampunk ghettos, filled with death and tragedy. The main six, holders of the Elements of Harmony, have scattered. Twilight works as the librarian of Canterlot, enjoying her job immensely. Rainbow Dash has joined the Equestrian Guard after learning that the Wonderbolts had abandoned their jobs and disappeared. Applejack is a poor farmer, barely keeping herself and Applebloom alive. Fluttershy fled to the forest after hearing of the new ruler, saying that he is an evil pony that will bring darkness abound. Rarity makes dresses for the rich in Canterlot, and is able to speak with Twilight nearly every day. Pinkie Pie is a baker who still lives in Ponyville.
After spending ten years unaware of the evil that is spreading thoughout Equestria, the main six are brought together again by a mysterious pony named Stormfax, who claims to be the disowned son of Equilarsous. He tells them that the land has fallen into chaos, and only the Elements of Harmony can revive it. But, after hearing this, Equilarsous will do everything to stop them from succeeding... even if it means the death of hundreds.

Twilight and Princess Celestia are in love. That's great... isn't it? But as they begin to tell their friends and family, how do they reconcile their relationship with the vast gulf in their experiences and the distance that an immortal alicorn princess must keep between herself and her subjects? Maybe this was a bad idea after all. Maybe their friends will just make things worse. Particularly since some of their friends are having their own relationship problems. And a secret society of masked ponies with their eye on Celestia's throne are looking to make the whole question irrelevant.

The followup to Correspondence and including the events of Moonshy. Includes pony makeouts, breakups, hookups, crying, flirting, melodramatic plots, political intrigue, OCs, and the occasional magical beatdown. I regret nothing.
