The little drone who made his way into becoming the loved and respected boss of his tiny hive has been through a lot, good or bad. He found friends, purified the hive mind of furious and toxic echoes of the ancient changeling rulers, and even earned respect of Chrysalis herself (well, the echo of her imprinted inside the hive mind).

He was so close to building peace in the big city of Las Pegasus as a scary and somewhat sexy tourist attraction (love and lust go hoof in hoof, of course), but in the end Celestia's paladins found him and his friends, deeming them a threat to Equestria which had to be purged with no mercy. Unable to help protect his hive due to undergoing physical metamorphosis into a proper king, he was left in the care of Eight, and carried off who knows where along with his cocoon while the paladins rampaged through their hideout.

Now his hibernation is over, and it is time for the boss to either find anyone who might have survived, or enact his revenge on the paladin leading the hunt for him - Star Trail.

Spike attempts to Make Flurry Heath and Pumpkin Cake Friends, but it quickly turns into a Rivalry over who deserves Spike's attention more, they decide on a contest, the first one to get Spike and Pinkie together is the better one. Shenanigans ensue.

If you're here looking for a happy story where everyone walks away smiling, then you've come to the wrong place. There won't be any friendship or morale lessons to wrap up this tale. Lawful Crane and his girlfriend Pearl Lane happen to be in town during Anon-a-Miss' reign of terror in Canterlot High. It had been a year since Hazelnut Latte and her younger sister/sort-of-adopted-daughter, Cocoa Jinx, came to Ponyville. She came for a fresh start and a good, wholesome place to raise her sister, but things get complicated. Balancing single parenthood and a job wasn't always easy, but things got more complicated when she also has to deal with a fire and brimstone lunatic, six ponies with various issues, bizarre business regulations, and every bit of strangeness that Ponyville can throw at her. To top that, she has to deal with everypony else's relationship problems and is so busy that she can barely handle her own. Fortunately, they don't always need her help and sometimes manage to find their way on their own.

Rated T for language, discussions of the adult nature, implied sex, drug use, and gratuitous innuendo.
