Well, not really. With HoCK over, I don't know where to go next. I don't have anything planned out other than few bits and pieces of Legacy of Light, which I've been neglecting for a long time. Unfortunately, the Imbalanced series won't have the following and involvement the changeling stories got, and I admit I'm going to miss answering comments every morning. It took forever, but I'm done writing HoCK! 37 (36+epilogue) chapters of both cheerful and painful buggery. So... about a month left.

Alright, so... several things.
1) Ayyy, done with taxes, forms finished and given, so that's one problem off of my mind. Invoices and bureaucracy stuff for February's done too. As celebration, I might drop an extra HoCK chapter tomorrow.
2) As far as writing goes, I'm starting on the final chapter of part 2 of HoCK (like some 3-4 chapters ahead of current one), and surprise surprise it's the second part of 6's grand plan.

Aaand the great zero downvote run has ended with brutal and bloody chapter coupled with boring politics. Kinda wish the baddies said what bothered them, but hey. We got to 74-0, which even I must admit is awesome.

Anyway, this grimmer theme will last for at least one more chapter, so let's see if Three can save it.

I saw this style of pixeling a changeling, and I immediately wanted to give it a shot, because I found it awesome. Unfortunately, I think it only works for the smaller ones. I think it's better without Night Mode on for once. You can guess who They are, but I hope it's obvious.

Well, writing isn't going well. Everything that comes out feels dry, not funny or interesting. Bleh. So I messed around with pixels again, and double-sized the new hive pic.

Eight turned out reeeeeeally weird, and One and Boss are too small, but hey… something...

So, I scaled up the "art" design og the boss from 1 pixel into 4 for more detail, messed around, and here's the comparison.

I've been having some trouble planning out the second arc of HoCK, so instead of forcing myself to do something useful, I instead pixeled the whole new hive which I'm now using as cover art. I might add some details or do little design changes at some point, but here they go, sorted numerically from the boss. Nine isn't there for obvious "being melted by an insane old paladin" reasons.
