[Cancelled] After capturing Twilight during A Canterlot Wedding, Chrysalis decided that keeping her and Cadance locked up underneath the place would be too risky. Instead, she forced them through an ancient mirror-portal said to contain an impenetrable prison created by Starswirl himself, shattering the mirror in the process.

Now, Twilight and Cadance must adapt to a new world and new bodies. Without any magic at their disposal, they must attempt to build a new portal and prepare to face Chrysalis on the other side while also maintaining the guise of normal high schoolers. Luckily, they aren't the only ones interested in reaching Equestria, and they'll cobble together an unlikely alliance of beings from both sides of the mirror to help them in their quest.

A Canterlot Wedding and Equestria Girls AU that, rather than aiming to be a fixfic, simply takes an alternate (and perhaps longer) path.

It is a new year for Sunset Shimmer; a fresh chance at real happiness with her five best friends and her girlfriend. But Sunset is constantly troubled by her uncertain future, and haunted by the consequences of her past.

As darkness closes in, Sunset must find her light and guide her friends to defend their world against old rivals and legends best left forgotten, all while dealing with their ever-looming futures.

But when graduation comes, what will Sunset Shimmer do? For she is still a stranger in this world, with or without her friends, and the road before her guarantees nothing.

Of course, with the universe conspiring against her, it'll be a miracle if she even makes it that far...

AU crossover with the Dragonball franchise, set in Universe 6, where the Saiyans are a peaceful race and were never destroyed, in an alternate timeline where the Tournament of Power never took place and Universe 6 was never erased.

It was supposed to be just a short vacation across the portal so all of Twilight’s friends could finally meet their counterparts. Instead, the Elements of Harmony find themselves in a world where clean water is a luxury, corporations are governments unto themselves, corruption is rampant, technology is making people obsolete, and not having the right papers means you don’t even exist to the Powers-That-Be.

At least they still have each other.

Sunset Shimmer as she tries to make amends for her past and is currently at Midnight Castle, assisting the Shadowbolts find Angus McSteer, the only member of Longhorn's gang to escape justice, while also show she is not who she was.

Meanwhile foes from the earliest days of Mystica, before Celestia and Luna ascended to their thrones, having completed their stellar exile, at the hand of Star Swirl the Great, have returned and have their sights on Mystica, but first, a launch point in needed and Midnight Castle seems just the place.

Is friendship really not so scary? Even if your new friends are monsters?

Inspired partially by the Monster High idea and by The Albinocorn's story Sunlight, which I highly recommend!
