The Cutie Mark Crusaders decide they need to expand their numbers, but things quickly go awry when their first target begins sobbing on the spot. Sweetie Belle soon finds herself roped into hanging out with the young colt.

Can Sweetie Belle see past the young colts weirdness and allow friendship to bloom? Can Button Mash fake enough normal behavior to make at least one friend? Will these two hit it off, or are Button’s only friends destined to be the ones in his video games, forever?

Years have passed since that event. Ponies have grown up, aged, and moved on with their lives. Equestria has become a very different place over the span of these years.
Our story begins when a face resurfaces in Equestria. When a weathered, scarred, but familiar face steps into the light.

This is the fanfic based on Astringe's Bad Future series on DeviantART. He did some great designs of the characters, so make sure you give that gallery a peruse before you read the fic.

Also worth mentioning, he's been nice enough to plop any pics he does based on chapters I've written into this separate gallery, so there will be less spoilers for readers just jumping in to the story.

NOTE: The canon of my story picks up at the start of Season 3, where it begins to diverge away from the canon of the show. I've never read the IDW comics nor have I seen Equestria Girls, so the events of my story aren't canon at all with them.

Set after Season 4, and everyone is aged up for the sake of the story.

Its been nearly a year since Spike decided to travel Equestria for himself on a road of self discovery. During his travels he comes across a dying changling begging for his help, Spike is led to a dying Queen Chrysalis. Spike chooses to help Chrysalis however he can, but what he doesn't know is that he has just began a journey to love and discovery.

When Button Mash is forced by his mother to attend a slumber party with the Cutie Mark Crusaders, he is very much against the idea. However, he has no choice but to make this one sacrifice if he wants to get his precious JoyBoy back.

Thankfully for him, it all turns out to be better than he expected... until it comes to the 'Truth' part of 'Truth or Dare.'

As a result of this, Button's greatest secret comes to light — but it's not the one the Crusaders were expecting to hear...

They have encountered many challenges during their time together, and together they faced them head on. And now life has chosen to throw them their greatest challenge yet, but are they truly prepared for the trials they will face?

Cotton Candy always thought that Prank Partners pranked together. A team, ya know? But when Prism tells her Prank Partners always prank each other harmlessly, the mare has a bright idea of a prank. And with her mad acting skills, he'd totally fall for it.
She spends the entire afternoon preparing it, knowing it was going to be hilarious. Well, hilarious at 80%... 60%... 4- NO. It was going to be hilarious at 100%. She was (pratically?) sure of it. It was a totally harmless joke. What would go wrong?

Lovestruck and her daughter move to Ponyville, partly at the insistence of Princess Cadance. It's been years since Lovestruck was last in Ponville, and for her five year old daughter this is a whole new experience. After a certain incident, which will not be named in order to keep some parties happy, Lovestruck moved to the Crystal Empire to assist Princess Cadance at the insistence of Princess Luna, now after Lovestruck has known the rewards of having had her own bundle of joy for a few years Princess Cadance has suggested that Lovestruck and her daughter return to Ponyville so that the filly can understand why the town is so important to her mother, and maybe make some good friends in the process.

This story takes place in the Kilalaverse, so please let me know if I'm futzing up some of her characters when they are in the story.

Claire was always teased and left out because of the way she looked. But that would all change the day a strange colt walked up to her and said "hi".
