This story is a sequel to the fic Dazzling Shimmering Splendor, though you don't need to read it for this fic.

Sonata Dusk has a slight crush on Flash Drive's drummer Brawly Beats, Though sadly, she has no idea how to approach him considering the only time they have together is gym class. Her sister Aria says she knows how she could get him to notice her during a game of dodge ball. Perhaps Sonata should've just waited to ask Adagio instead.

The Dazzlings are driving to their next gig after performing at the Starswired Music Festival when a tour bus almost hits them and they crash into a tree. Dusk Shine has never been particularly interested in making friends. Most of his time has been spent investigating the strange conspiracy theories surrounding Canterlot High, with occasional snark fights with his sister.

However, after meeting Sonata Dusk, he promised to help her out, and he plans to follow through with that promise. But between Dusk's inexperience with the whole "friendship" thing, the mysterious events that tend to occur around Canterlot High School, a pair of sirens who are still on the loose, Sunset's well-meaning but unhelpful friends, a mother who seems intent on welcoming a new member of the family, a bunch of students who are still not quite willing to forgive Sonata, and a girl who sees her as a threat for a very different reason, he feels as if he may have bitten off more than he can chew.

Hopefully he'll figure it out. And maybe even discover something greater than friendship.

Reading A Tale Of Two Dusks is not strictly necessary, but it will be helpful!

Adagio doesn’t seem to be causing any trouble with her singing yet, but sirens only sing for one reason. When Adagio sets her plan into action, Sunset will be ready to stop her.

It's been five weeks since the Dazzlings' defeat. So much had changed between them and the Rainbooms after Princess Twilight left for Equestria. They had managed to forgive and forget. They're all friends now.

But perfect moments don't last.

A new portal opens up at the base of the Wondercolt statue, just opposite the portal to Equestria. A girl comes through--and she bears semblance to Flash Sentry. She introduces herself as Flare Warden, and asks the nine for help. Finding it difficult to explain the entire situation, Flare decides to show them instead.

Only then do the girls realize the grim future Flare's world has ahead of her… if they cannot help her set things right.

(A/N: Since I'm debating myself on whether or not to cancel Time to Go Wild and The New Lunar Colony is on a long hiatus, I've decided to start a new story. No, actually, dared into it, but don't ask. I've got an awful case of writer's block, so please forgive me if some parts seems rushed or sloppy.

She doesn't want to talk about the nightmares she has seen and caused. Meldoy's sister Dragon Blood is now seeking revenge and is going to turn the Dazzlings against not only Melody but her friend Capella. But Sunset Shimmer is here to help them, but will the Dazzlings be lost forever in the dark spell that is placed on them or will the remember who they really are?
