Business is Booming

When ponies talk in groups, you can never quite make out what they're saying. Follow them around and you'll notice they follow very specific patterns. It's the same thing, day in and day out. It never rains unless the entire town is depressed. The weather is controlled, there are no criminals or existential threats. There's never any sadness that isn't fixed after a half hour of talking. No conflict left unresolved.

I've noticed all this in a week. And the more I look, the more I feel like I'm slipping into madness.

This place isn't real.

Vegans. Science has determined that they exist, but what do we really know about them? Some say they always face magnetic north and wander around in the forest at night foraging for wolves. All Anon knows is that they aren't one, but Twilight insists on treating them like some sort of grass-eating deviant.

Push a filly hard enough, and they will push back. Anon might be a tiny horse now, but they will get some good bucking food no matter what it takes.

Princess Luna had heard of Twilight's experiences in meeting other versions of her in various dimensions, but one of those experiences has utterly broken her older sister to the point that she shuts herself out from the world. Determined to help her sister, Luna goes to Celestia to learn what has happened. Princess Celestia, in turn, tells Luna of a world where another version of her brought nothing but death and suffering to not just their own people, but to so many others in an attempt to convert an entire world.

Human snacks have been part of our culture since the the portal to Earth opened. Popularized over the last 5 years by music and mass media, these human creations invade all aspects of society.
An estimated 208 thousand ponies internationally consume illegal snacks. In Equestria, results from the 1020 Holistic Oral Repast Section of Equine Fertile Engestable(sp) Equestrian Department showed that 19.9 thousand Equestrians (or 8% of the population aged 12 or older) used illegal snacks in the moon prior to the survey.

This is almost canon to Memverse

So a human is in Equestria and is turned into a unicorn. Yadda yadda, we've seen this premise a few thousand times.

But what if he went into Equestria's entertainment business and became a movie director? What if the movies he made were adaptations of his favorite movies and stories back on Earth? How would ponies and other races react to human stories that are morally complex, dark, and terrifying?
