I think Twilight will get annoyed if Pinkie smacks Sunset's hips that often, even for meme's. Especially for meme's.
Along the same lines as what FOME said, just because one does does not experience sexual attraction doesn't mean one is unable to enjoy the experience if they really want to try it.
It's a case where the romantic side of things becomes more important.

Well, we knew that two of the Bishops got married, and that neither was Ruby, but we were not told that Sunny was one of them. There was a two in three chance, but technically this is new information.
And for the record, if I were to pick any two members of team RWBY to be romantic, it would be Yang-Blake. I don't generally, because I'm not a shipper, but I have thought about it before.
