Just a Brit who likes writing fics about ponies (with a very high percentage chance of Trixie turning up).

Trixie had planned to have a quiet night under the open stars without Ursa Minors, enchanted amulets, and especially not other ponies to bother her. When a scroll turns up and commands her to attend the Princess for a night of deeply inappropriate fun, she just has one particular problem:

There’s more than one princess in Equestria.

Story is set a couple of weeks after the end of season 3.

Massive thanks to my pre-readers/ideas tasters: Bronetheus, Mooncalf and RK_Striker_JK_5. Go check out Night Errantry, To Romance a Magician and Spanner in the Works for three great fics that are well worth your time.

Image composition was done by me, vectors used from left to right are from blueathombomb, nickman983, chamomiletung, santafer and andreamelody.

By Royal Command now has an unofficial sequel/inspired by fic written not by myself in the form of Waiting for Celestia.

That was a nice little story. Per normal I wish it continued, but for what it was it was amusing and well made. Everyone was in character for me; though I have to say the sex tag didn't seem necessary. But I usually only see that tag when there is actual sex in the story, and just the tag ' mature' if it is implied.

Glad you liked it.

I was probably erring too far on the side of caution with the [sex] tag given it is pretty much all implication, so good point and I've removed it.

That was cute, but I was expecting more shenanigans somehow. All the characters talked their problems out, which is fine, though it came across as a little underwhelming. Meh, I shouldn't be complaining about some warm and fuzzy Twixie shipping.

I liked the callback of Luna's shirt though. I loved that bit from the comics.

Good job!

Good story! I do, however, admit to a burning wish for details on the manner in which Rarity drove off Blueblood.....:raritywink:

Excellent ending, there. This hit most of the right notes for me. Bravo, Stryke.

Cute fic but gotta say, The ended was jsut ergh for me, Twi was just too damn creepy. *wander off in search of bleach.*

"Booty scroll" hee hee!!

And hooray for more of Luna's shirt!

:trollestia: Leaving the charioteers behind to wonder where the hell their Princess went.

It was twelve hours before someone bothered to let them know they could leave.

Twilight was creepy, but this was a good fic regardless.

Of course Trixie would date her stalker. It makes so much more sense now! :ajbemused:

Ok, wow! I've known this pairing was out there for a while, even seen a couple fics with it. But MAN!! This story pulled it off so damned well! Not to mention did it comedic-ly without me thinking the whole thing was a joke. Well done, well done indeed! I can hardly wait to look deeper into other fics with this pairing. Thanks a bunch, and I hope to see other works from you in the future!

As you probably already knew, I like what a creeper Twilight is here. I haven't read enough shipping fics to know how much of a subversion it is, but it felt like one, and I'm all for subversion. It's part of what kept this from feeling like a typical ideal romance story.

No, they have to stay there for however long it takes until she comes back. The discipline of the Royal Guard demands no less.

3091062 It kinda does, honestly. She's a super narcissist.

I liked it. Trixie getting more and more flustered, Luna's shirt (I really like that idea, and I'm glad to see I'm not alone in that), even Cadance's little cameo.

One thing: I noticed at least two instances where you used "then" when you clearly meant "then again", i.e. the connecting particle in an "on one hand - on the other" kind of comparison.

Oh, I see...

So, that means her ego level is beyond 9000, right?

3091570 No, that's just a Kaio-Narcissist. A Super-Narcissist has a power level exceeding 12 million... or whatever arbitrary number Toriyama was assigning by that point.

Still not convinced. Let me check the scouter...
... oh yeah... Definately beyond that number.

This was very cute, although the ending does leave me wondering one thing. What happened to the chariot and guards?

Not bad. I actually liked it. A lot. Have a fave.

Nice little story.

"deeply inappropriate fun"
I haven't read the story, but i have a feeling that i already know where this is headed...

"Oh, it's possible."
- Princess Celestia

I love the little IDW comic reference in there... Luna wears the best shirt!

Well done, author - I like the cut of your jib!

The story is also enjoyable. :pinkiehappy:

...and the minotaurs practiced a deeply suspicious form of rule called democracy.

This is also practiced in the Equestrian city-state of Flankh-Marepork, where it's One Pony, One Vote. The Ponytrician is the One Pony, he has the One Vote.

"It's not creepy!" Twilight protested

Twilight gave Trixie her heart, but she turned around? :trixieshiftright:

Ohmygoshohmygosh... I totally cracked up at Luna's t-shirts, the spider game reference, and 'the fun has been tripled!' :rainbowlaugh:
... and, bonus points for working in the phrase 'My little pony' naturally!

"Oh, it's possible."
Oh, I bet it is...

Dear Celestia... Pinkie Pie is planning a private pelvic pony party... Go Kinkie Pie! :pinkiehappy:
... and RD's the pre-game coach? Yes... just... so much yes. :rainbowdetermined2:

Overall, it was great story. I enjoyed it immensely... the fun *was* tripled! Thank you!

Hah! This was a fun one, what with Trixie's increasing flusterfusion (it should be a word!), Princess Celestia being a source of stability, wisdom and unexpected insights into deeply inapproriate fun (and did I notice a tiny little hint of never-to-be Celedence ship there?), Princess Luna being so very... herself (I think Trixie has a pretty good idea of Luna's style of seduction), and Twilight being adorkable with a nice little leavening of creepy (I mean, she does know the "Want it, Need it" spell...)

No that is bullshit.

Teen Sex/gore is implied offscreen content, non-explicitly described content such as nudity (humans), and candid, but non-explicit discussion. Basically any sexual themes at all.

Mature with no flags is for stories that are mature but have no sexual or gory content. For instance heavy violence/death without blood, hardcore drug use, significant foul language, or themes and content considered considered adult in nature.

EDIT: To clarify, I am explaining the correct use of the tags, not saying this story needs the sex tag.

3092536 Actual, the Mature tag with a Sex tag usually implies fairly to completely explicit sexual content just as that gore tag means the same in the world of violence. A simple mature tag without either may well have extensive sexual humor, but will never involve any explicit sex in it. (a good example would be the Unexpected Love Life of Dusk Shine).

Except that doesn't work here as nothing sexual happened or was implied to have happened. Yes Twilight WANTED something to happen, but it never did. If it followed those rules, any shipping story where a character had an intimate thought would require a sex tag.

Hey! Nice to see you back in the game! I'm gonna save this for later since it's about time to go to work, but I'll be sure to read it! :pinkiehappy:

I want that shirt. I wounder how much trouble one would be in for walking into a con wearing "official cutie mark inspector"? :rainbowlaugh:

Exactly. Sex tag means sex happens. Implied wishful thinking, and Trix saying no negates the sex tag.

3089019 Crazy thing, but funny too! :rainbowlaugh: Good Story!

Oh this was a nice twixie story and it wasn't just another clop story.
I mean seriously i love twixie but the amount of clop stories that paring has is just bonkers compared to the actual romance stories.
And this fic could also fit as a prelude to a longer romance story later on if you so wish and i would love to read it.

There was an impressive purple wax seal holding it closed, which Trixie broke without giving too much thought to.

This was pretty good. I like to see a Twixie fic that doesn't take itself too seriously, but still manages not to be stupid. Nice work.

Hilariously awesome. :) And there was a certain sprinkle of d'aww in the end which made it taste just right. :)

'Staches! 'Staches for all!

Uh, yes. That's what I said.

Teen Sex = Implied offscreen or sexual themes.
Mature alone = No explicit sex but heavy mature themes.
I did not mention Mature Sex because I think we all understand that is explicit sex.

I never said this story needed the tag.
Where did I say that?
I was arguing Phaoray's definition.

And no, unless the thought is fairly graphic or worded strongly, ie: "I wanna fuck her", then it usually does not need a sex tag.
As I said, it would only be required with implied off screen sex or enough sexual innuendo or dialogue to be considered a running theme.

As this story is about a pony trying to figure out which of 4 princesses propositioned her for sex, it is a sex-themed story, yet none of the content is strong. So it's rather borderline as to whether it should have the tag or not. It would be valid with it but excusable without it.

Damn that fool Sombra.

Oooh, there's a story there, I'm betting. :trollestia::trollestia::trollestia:

Celestia glanced down at Trixie, who was standing shock still with her mouth gaping open. She shook her head regally. "My sister has always thought that she's funnier than she really is, Princess."
Cadance looked nervous and started checking all the darker corners of the room. "She's not doing the spider game again, is she?"

I just love how fun this is. Well, fun and slightly creepy on the part of Twilight. Every Princess is best Princess.

She smiled with relief, and perhaps a certain small amount of wistfulness, before vanishing in a flash of magic back to her palace in Canterlot.

Naturally leaving the chariot behind.

She does that allot.
It can be annoying for the guards.

Romantic Pony Dreams. Never came to be.

Anyway, this story. Incredible. You, have a talent. A nice subversion of shipfics and one that made me laugh and blush, many a time. Good Good.

I would usually say, needs more Trixie, but it's a Trixie story. And Trixie's best pony. :pinkiehappy:

Wanderer D

Ha! Loved it! :pinkiehappy:

Celestia's rich, fuck transportation.

The griffons had chieftains, the dragons were complicated and the minotaurs practiced a deeply suspicious form of rule called democracy.:trollestia:

Aww man, that was good! You know, I wouldn't mind seeing this story expanded. But even if you don't it still a wonderful story, so here you go an army of adorableness!!!!:yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay:
