I actually have a fic idea with a nearly identical name.
So far well presented with above average writing, in the broad terms of general fan-fiction. Delves into the classic bag of plot devices and tropes from practically the first paragraph, but shrugs this off as par for the course, launching into the main plot immediately rather then dawdling. There have been many stories that use age regression as their cornerstone, though few manage to pull it off. The common ground between all catastrophes are their author's reliance on the 'facts of life' side of the character's experience, rather then using this as a set-up to the mode of character exploration and development. It's too early to tell which way this creation will go, but the initial chapter looks promising.
Normally I wouldn't follow this so early on, however there is one tantalising possibility that gave me pause. If they are now in this 'alter universe', where have their counterparts gone? Have the twins of this new world simply vanished from existence? Or are we going to have a dual storyline, following both our original dynamic duo and their child-selves, who are now running around in their adult bodies... that could be really interesting, and if you can pull it off successfully you'd be a blooming' genius in my books.
