This story is a sequel to Ice

Twilight, Spike and Discord are on Earth. Our Earth. The low-magic planet where humans come in only a few skin colors, don't pony-up or wear clothes with cutie marks, and think that every creature they see that isn't human is either a non-sapient animal, some kind of monster, or both.

The portal they came through is broken, the exit having separated from the entrance by many, many miles. Their own Equestrian magic has drained away. There's very little magic for them to absorb on Earth. To survive the harsh conditions they're flung into without their magic, and to survive encounters with the paranoid natives of the world who see strange animals as something to exploit or to fear, they're going to have to work together.

Set in Season 7 sometime. Expansion of "Ice", and "Ocean" from "Eating Dessert First".

The princess of the night is not a pony you would imagine as being too shy to ask out her crush. Yet here she was, unable to talk to the mare that had stolen her heart no matter how long she tried to muster the nerve. When Celestia and Luna tell Twilight that being an alicorn comes with challenges and trials, and that she needs to control herself and her magic, they refer her to an old book on meditation. Twilight is skeptical at first, but she reads it anyway.
When she gets into it she finds that the book is not filled with sensible, helpful tips on meditation at all, but the message inside gets into her head. Eventually she starts having visions, and one vision in particular will not leave her mind until she brings it into the real world. The consequences change her views of Ponyville - and her duty to it - completely.

Word around Ponyville is that Queen Chrysalis is planning something.

Something big.

Something terrible.

Something beyond imagination.

The Rainbooms including Human Twilight went out of town because their on tour to show off their band. Sunset talks to Princess Twilight that she going to be away for a couple weeks. She also thought of a way of her princess friend to meet more people she didn't met when she was gone. When Twilight accepts Sunset's advice, Starlight and Spike will take over her job as co principles in the School Of Friendship while Twilight enters the Mirror World and straight to the beach thanks to Sunset giving her the map.
