Celestia prepares for another routine day at the castle with the recent addition of teaching her new, young student. However, an impromptu structure made from books causes a slight change of plans.

Twilight was always fated to be the savior of Equestria, along with her friends. But fate can be so easily altered. What happens in one alternate realm when instead of marrying a unicorn, Twilight's mother had instead married an earth pony, resulting in her daughter being hornless? Without her magic, Twilight's future and destiny are far less certain, as is the destiny of all of Equestria.

However, destiny is not so easily set off course. When the princess of the night returns, can one little earth pony hope to be the one to help her damaged heart?

Emperor Mateus, emperor of the Palamecian Empire wakes up in a strange new world. Having been defeated not once, but twice by the hands of Firion and his rebel gangs. But instead of returning back to hell after his second death just like he expected, instead he suddenly finds himself drifting off through the void and dragged to a new and unfamiliar world with an even more unfamiliar body as well.

His mind somewhat warped and altered from his previous experiences, he now has now the chance to start over from scratch in a world that seems to be oozing with magic. But don’t be fooled by his now somewhat altered ego, he still is the Emperor, highly intelligent, cunning and extremely powerful (even though at the beginning his magic is weakened)

Now that he is here and given another chance in a new world filled with new possibilities and conquests he will make sure to not repeat his previous mistakes ever again while getting his…han-hooves…on a new empire. He is going to show this new world what true dominance is.

Two months have passed since Coco Pommel, aspiring fashion designer, left her last job to pursue her dream. Unfortunately, Coco's search for a job in the world of fashion have been fruitless, all of them leaving her empty-hoofed and forcing her to take up work at a local coffee shop.

However, Coco's luck finally turns around when a mysterious customer enters the shop to offer her a job that will test her skills in making a dress "fit for a queen." Unbeknownst to the mare, there's more to this customer beneath the surface, and his offer has more than just dressmaking in a store...

For years, Twilight Sparkle and Queen Chrysalis have been at each other's throats. Both have experienced victory over the other, and both have experienced defeat. Rainbow Dash always said that if she ever got a boyfriend, they'd have to be at least as awesome as her. She didn't know how soon she'd ever find one in the form of Steel Edge. He's almost like her in the regards of how much he loves a good duel and how passionate he can get about "matters of awesomeness." But at the same time he's cool, collected, patient, and can be extremely charming. Enough so that he was able to steal a kiss from Rainbow Dash. She's not to keen on admitting it, but the other girls can see it clear as day. She likes him. And boy is it going to be hard for her to admit it to them, and Steel.

The Great Freeze. Was it our hubris in controlling the sun, or was it that others started to covet that control? At this point, the whos and the whys don’t change anything. Our star is dying, and those responsible for it are long dead. Their causes and motives, lost to all but a few.
