I thought that it was based on that movie and I was like "nahh....." But then I was like WOW! That is so cool you managed a pony crossover. But what about the sad ending scene in the shoe factory... Curious to how that works. Very clever though, I am quite impressed.

I can totally see her adopting Scootaloo at some point if she could, she's looking out for all her students and not afraid to stand up to Filthy when he's putting pressure on her. I can just see Cherilee and Twilight working together on lesson plans or just sitting together chatting over teaching methods.

I'm honestly wondering just how long the secret will hold out in Ponyville. I doubt for long, at some point Scootaloo will be forced to transform in public to save the town. But I'm glad she wants Twilight to train her in controlling her magic, smart girl. I love the Angry Dome Spell, plus Twilight's defenses of her books.

I forgot that I'm not following you (I must fix that soon) so I missed when you started this up. Great beginning so far. My favorite crusader with probably my third favorite DC hero (Wally West the Flash and Kyle Rayner Green Lantern are the top two) is a great combination. At least your Wizard gets to die peacefully instead of being crushed to death by a giant stone block when he gives up the power of SHAZAM.
Hmmm...Cheerilee and Twilight. I can honestly say that's a ship I haven't seen before. Normally if Cheerilee is paired with anypony it's with Big Mac. CheeriTwi is kind of a cute ship.

So, how long will it take Twilight to exceed her check out limit at THE LIBRARY OF ETERNITY???? I can totally see an epic book fort being built there and Twilight acting like a filly as she reads books she never even knew existed. I can't wait to see Scootaloo get more control over her abilities.
The Cherilee scenes were great, good character development. I also loved Berry coming to talk some sense into her sister, I'm sure she'll be a great aunt to Scootaloo. But Scootaloo is going to go from no family to so much family, there's Cherilee's family, Twilight's family plus Celestia and Luna, and then the fact the Mane 6 are practically sisters and the Crusaders seem the same way.
