It has been one year since the invasion of Avol failed and the subsequent surrender of the dratali. Since then, the galaxy has seen peace like that which many had never seen. The races of Avol have been in negotiation with the races of the Alliance of Sapient Races. Now, Twilight Sparkle, her friends, and a few others are leaving their homeworld. While the others leave to forge a path in the stars for their fellow pony, Twilight returns to Earth with her boyfriend, Curt, to begin a project of her own; a guide to help ponies better adapt to very different culture.

Not long after their arrival on Earth, though, her plans take a dramatic turn. Between Curt's proposal to the discovery that humans have been developing magical abilities, the nightmare pony has her hooves full. No matter what, though, she was determined to come out on top, publish her book, teach a new race magic, marry the man of her dreams, and prove that even a nightmare's dreams can come true.

The former Krieg has abandoned his mortal shell to seek happiness in a new land, but little known to him... the psycho hasn't abandoned him...

Life. What is life? Is it the role of the cosmic die, entropy at its finest; Order into chaos? Might it be the universe’s very own form of cancer, spreading everywhere due to a glitch in the makeup of reality itself? Or even the result of a God, spending endless eternity’s alone and creating something, anything to make this dismal existence a bit less dull?

My creators saw life as a challenge to overcome, something to surpass. To succeed life is to succeed creation itself, and in doing so, to transcend the boundaries of mortality. Because if you can create something better than life, what are you but a God?

Not all of Alex Mercer's "Evolved" were loyal psychopaths. Some were simply desperate people who Alex thought he could easilly control once he infected them with the "Mercer Virus". However Alex was never one for fool proof plans as he quickly finds out when only a handful of his Evolved army show up at that fateful final battle between him and Heller. Oskar was one of the many of dozens of Evolved that stood by and watched as Alex was consumed and now he finds himself in a strange cutesy land filled with talking ponies. Can this viral being find peace in Equestria or will his need to be secure get in the way?

Summer break... It's a time for college students to unwind and have fun. For Razor Wind, his sister and his friends, this means a road trip across Equestria. Things go great... until their stop at the Crystal Caverns. In an attempt to escape a cave-in, Surprise uses a trick taught to her by her mother, Pinkie, but something goes wrong. The friends find themselves flung far into the future where things have taken a turn for the worse. Violence and crime are commonplace, Razor is called a demon, and the nation is ruled by a cruel dictator.

The long awaited sequel to Chaotic Harmony, Children of Chaos is the tale of love and hate, war and peace, and of a son finding the courage to follow in his father's footsteps.

Though I recommend you read Chaotic Harmony, the first chapter is a brief overview of the events for those of you who don't wish to read the whole thing (or if you just need a reminder of what happened).
