Sequel: A King to a God

Equestria had only heard of legends of the Gods of Old. They roamed the world before ponies, ruled it, claimed it as their kingdom before the New Ones took it for themselves. Before a time of nations, of magic, of even friendship itself… the age of the monsters was alive before it fell into a dark, deep slumber.

That age has awakened.

When the ponies of Equestria learn of these great beasts awakening worldwide, the balance of nature itself hangs on a thread as the Gods of Old rise up to reclaim what was once theirs. Can Equestria’s greatest heroes coexist with these mythical and majestic beasts… or will they have to accept that their rule has come to an end?

For the rule of the one true king, Godzilla, has returned.

Gojira could never have imagined that he would end up in a world not inhabited by humans. Yet after a single conversation with an apparent "Goddess" he and the rest of the TItans have been thrust into a world full of peace. And also bright and colorful creatures called "Ponies". With most of his kind still in hibernation in this new world, Gojira makes a life for himself in this new land.

That was all 50 years ago.

Now, Gojira has had plenty of time to integrate and learn about his new home. He has a mate and children, and is happy and at peace. But that doesn't last for long. Gojira can feel that things are changing, that the world appears to be getting ready for something. He has a couple of ideas but above all that he senses that trouble is coming. Whatever the danger, whatever is to come, Gojira is ready to take it head on. For although his time in Equestria has definitely changed him, he is still the King of the Monsters.

When Adora woke up in her oversized room in Bright Moon Castle early that morning, she got up from her cot, walked past the massive bed she had been given (and never used) and decided to take a shower in the waterfall. Because really, what else would you need a waterfall inside your room for? Really?

However, just as she got ready, she noticed the scroll on the floor...

Earth, the year is 2065. After a wave monsters from space invaded in what has been dubbed the "First Incursion", the world created a organization to stop these vile creatures called S. M. I. L. E. (Space Monster Interception League of Earth). To train the next generation of defenders, SMILE Academy was created, and it is here that they will be imparted with the knowledge and skill to fend off any hostile threat. However, an evil has set its sights on Earth, and wishes to initiate a Second Incursion.

But all hope is not lost, for one student, Sunset Shimmer, has the power to repel this extraterrestrial threat. Using her otherworldly device, the StaRaizer, Sunset will set out on her journey as Ultrawoman Aster! Now, if only she could remember how and why she has this power...

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....

Sunset Shimmer, the former pupil of Princess Celestia, entered the mirror hoping to find a place where she could plot her revenge and prepare to enact it.
Instead she finds herself face down in a swamp, cold and alone, lost to the machinations of the dark, that is until she comes face to face with a being almost as ancient as her old mentor, and maybe just as wise.

Long ago, the Father of all Monsters gave birth to many creatures. Some monstrous, others wonderous. Hidden away for hundreds of years by the ponies that proceeded them, these creatures have largely faded into myth in the eyes of most. Twilight Sparkle is far from most, given over the past few years she's seen things that would drive most ponies mad.
