Through a mysterious incident, Sci-Twi and Sunset Shimmer are transported to the world of Pokémon. Unfortunately, while Sci-Twi arrives as a human, Sunset is transformed into a Pokémon.

Working together as a Trainer and her Pokémon, the two must journey through the realm of Kanto in an attempt to find their way home and, in the process, learn as much as they can about this strange new world.

Sunset Shimmer has had a busy month.

From an admittedly stupid cyberbullying attempt that somehow worked to her friends equestrian counterparts coming over to kick their own butts. Even finding someone from the human world stranded in Equestria to Twilight's counterpart ripping several holes in reality and probably leaking magic like no tomorrow into her homeworld.

All within the span of four weeks!

That being said, she's ready for a break. So, after a moment of nostalgia and reflection alongside her friends, she decides that their idea for her to take a vacation back home for a spell might be a good idea. She could even check to see how her dad was doing! After all, she did vanish quite a few years ago, so he probably would like to know she was at least okay.

So why did she have this foreboding feeling about it all?

And this is where we diverge from the canon story of SunShim's adventures. Does this mean Camp Everfree is a no go? No, it still will be a thing for Sunbutt Jr. to face later. There's just going to be this story between then and the last story's events before it swings back into the right lane. (probably the only reason there's no AU tag on this yet.) It may be a good idea to read the prior stories first, but I will try my best to make it not required to understand all of this.

AN: Just a story Ink and I dug out from the old files in his computer to try and get something done while he recovers, enjoy.

Twilight discovers that she is a direct descendant of Discord. (Takes place before S3... Obviously.)

Fluttershy is a simple pony. Being an animal caretaker, she doesn’t really have much excitement in her life.

It only makes sense that she manages to become a general for the Equestrian army.

Now… with the help of an awesome veteran General, a Captain that is ever so close to insanity and a turned on Sergeant that seems to fall in love with everything she sees, Fluttershy will hopefully save Equestria from impending doom.

Twilight Sparkle always preferred to work alone. She looked at group projects with disdain and co-presentations with disgust. They were excuses for others to shove off their workload on her.

But Twilight Sparkle was also smart. And smart people knew when they had to overcome their personal feelings for the greater good of the world. Which meant that she had to ask Sunset Shimmer - the girl who had yelled at her and made her cry yesterday after the Tri-Cross Relay - for help figuring out how to use her thice-damned Amulet, lest she lose control of it and the inadvertently make the entire world explode in a spectacular burst of lava.

Okay, maybe she was overreacting a bit. And Sunset probably wasn't that bad of a person. That said, she would still have to share her Noble Prizes and recognition.

But it didn't really matter, because she wouldn't be around Sunset Shimmer around for long anyway. Just a few experiments here and there. Give it a couple of weeks and their partnership would be over. Right?

Sunset and SciTwi start out trying to figure out how the Amulet works and win a couple of Nobel Prizes, but they end up discovering a whole lot about themselves on the way there.

My version of Lauren Faust ending up in Equestria. I probably got her character all wrong. Hey, I never met her, cut me some slack.

So, Lauren Faust is Queen of Equestria in this story. How will she react? How will everypony else react? And what does Pinkie's chimicherrychangas have to do with all of this? One thing is clear already. For Twilight and her friends it won't be the same.

Added AU tag, 'cause someone mentioned it would be safe. And when I think about it, I don't think we ever get to learn who the princesses parents are.

Just a note, this is set during season two. So the events of "A Canterlot Wedding" haven't happened yet.

twilight goes back in time to save Equestria. By doing so, she accidentaly teleports the corpses of the mane six with her. They went back to the time where they met Chrysalis, because that's where it all went downhill. But her spell didn't only bring her back in time, it also replaced two creatures, switching from roles. If Chrysalis was now a good guy, who was the bad guy?

The Daleks invade Equestria, but the combined power of the Doctor and the Princesses was enough to dispose of the ship and it's monstrous crew... that is, except one. Dalek Sar disgraced himself, and as punishment had his self-destruct disabled, had his connections to the rest of his race cut, and was stripped of many of his armor's powers. The fallen cultist of Skaro was then left to die, facing the Doctor head on while the others remained safe on the ship.
Never have they been so wrong. Alone and powerless Dalek Sar is captured, and then taken in by a small, cowardly, pegasus to live at her animal home. Through events no one could explain, he has made Fluttershy his eternal commander. And him, her eternal protector.
But when Celestia needs to have Fluttershy reform another powerful monstrosity. Discord, the spirit of chaos. We've all seen how Discord wrecks her home, pushes her to the limit... but what would her own alien death machine have to say about it?
Based on the terrible beginning to one of my other stories, Vortexes are Magic (it gets a lot better later on), but it'll play out very different. Warning, may(I'm undecided) contain lethal levels of Fluttermac in later chapters.

Everypony dies, but not everypony reveals a long-held family secret on their deathbed. Now the Apple family must deal with the fallout of Granny Smith's confession, leading to a shocking discovery.

The story is complete, with new chapters published every-other day until finished.
